"We lost him."
Nari's heart drops.
Gasps can be heard around the room. Everyone froze, all in a state of shock.
"They lost Kobi," he looks up from his phone with a frown. "We lost Kobi."
...
Nari closes her eyes, letting out a sigh. "Kevin, what the fuck."
"AH- KEVIN MOON!" Chanhee throws a pillow at him. Kevin dramatically falls on the couch, clutching his stomach.
"What'd I do?" he cries out, putting his hands up. "Why do you guys keep throwing stuff at me?"
"Why'd you say it like Jacob died or something," Nari picks the pillow Chanhee threw, slamming it on him. "I've never been so horrified in my life." She hits him with the pillow again.
Juyeon takes the pillow away from her before she can hit Kevin again, and Changmin makes her sit back down next to him.
"Eric and Sunwoo were about to cry," Haknyeon points at the two.
Their heads snap to the two youngest. Nari, Changmin, Juyeon, and Chanhee can't help but smile at the scene. Kevin lets out an 'aw', going to the two and hugging them.
"Aw, don't cry, your second favorite hyung is all good, guys."
Eric hits Kevin's arm, while Sunwoo tries to hide his face.
"Who's their first?" Juyeon asks.
"Me—" Kevin points to himself. "—of course."
Eric hits Kevin's arm once again.
"Ow— why do you guys keep hitting me—"
・・・
"Why would you think that?" Jacob laughs.
Nari shrugs. "You never know what can happen."
"Hm, true," he looks at the girl and smiles. "Well, I'm still here, aren't I?"
"Yeah, thankfully."
"Guys!"
They look over to the voice and see Juyeon waving at them.
The three have became closer over the past week. Their other friends never expected the three to even become a trio.
Though Juyeon and Nari are housemates, they didn't really hangout outside of the house. Jacob, he's older than them, and they were never seen together unless they were all invited to a hangout.
"JUYEONZ! WHAT'S UP MAN!" Nari yells, walking up to him with her arm out. He looks at the girl with embarrassment. Jacob sends apologetic looks to the people looking at them.
"Nari—"
"AH-" she grabs their arms, running towards a bus stop. "—We're gonna miss the bus!"
•
"Gosh, that's pretty."
"Very pretty."
"Why, thanks," Nari flicks her hand towards them, acting flattered.
"We meant the sunset, Nari," Jacob sarcastically says, making Nari frown at him.
