Enemies - (Bucky x Reader)

Part 3 - Sam in the middle

*Present time on the plane
I swear if he doesn't stop staring at me I am gonna jump out of this seat and punch him right in the nose. Well two can play at this game! If he wants to be annoying I'll just have to annoy him back.

I start to hum a tune out loud, making sure to stare directly at Bucky.

"Sam I swear she better shut up before I do something I regret" Bucky mutters to Bucky with a clenched jaw.

"Y/n please!" Sam pleads. But I'm not gonna back down that easily so I choose to ignore him.

"Stop humming that song" Bucky jumps to his feet and throws a glass to the floor.
"Well that wasn't very smart considering we are on a plane!" I smirk. "Plus I can hum if I want to anyways. You don't control me" I bite back.
"I know you can. I'm asking you to stop" He says in a calmer tone.
"Well if your asking then I'll stop" I say sincerely. Surprisingly I even get a "thank you" out of Bucky.

Too bad I'm not in a good mood today. I start smirking at Bucky and just prepare for what's about to happen next.

I hear Sam mutter next me "This isn't gonna end well. Why was I picked for this". Oh Sam if only you knew you were fueling my need to continue.

"Could you not smile like that!" Bucky finally cracks. Oh I am so ready for this. "So what now Buckaroo? You want me to mask my emotions just to make you happy? That is not gonna happen!". How can one person get on your nerves this much. You know what he can go f*ck himself. I start to hum again and a lot louder this time.

"What did I do to be paired with these two?" Sam asks looking up to the sky. But my attention is quickly directed towards the hand wrapped around my throat. Seriously again! What is with this dude?
"I said stop humming!" He stares me down. "Why don't you go f*ck yourself and take Sam with you while you're at it" Bucky just stares at me starstruck. "Oh I'm sorry Metallica, where are my manners? Will you and Sam f*ck off....... please?"

"You know I wish you would f*ck off too, Stark" "Yeah well I was happy where I was. You could have left me there but no you had to ruin my life!" I spit out and I meant every last word of it! "Yeah well Papa Stark wanted you back for what reasons I don't know because you are a nightmare!" I can't take this " So you just like to follow orders. What an obedient little soldier". I can see Bucky's jaw clenching and I don't know if I like the sight of that.

"Y/n knock it off" I'm brought out of my thoughts by Sam's whining voice. Before I get a chance to respond, Bucky is already at my throat "Look at the little princess! Having everything handed to her in life. Not a care in the world!" Wow that hit a sore spot. I... I have nothing to say for once.

Luckily Sam stops Bucky in his tracks from furthering his verbal attack on me " Buck wait stop. That's enough!". " I actually hate you!" I jump to my feet and bang on his chest. He doesn't even flinch. "You know nothing so why don't you do us all a favour and stop talking". Why isn't he saying anything.

"What cats got your tongue, why so quiet now?". Bucky just pushes me back down in my seat and handcuffs me to the arm rest. "Are you serious?" I shout. "Don't make me tape your mouth shut as well, Doll!" "Sam aren't you going to do something?" What the hell is wrong with these psychos. "I'm sorry Y/n! We're just doing what we're told!" Is all Sam can spill from his mouth. " I thought you were my friend Sam. I'm an adult you can't do this!" I try holding back the tears. There is no way I'm gonna be weak in front of them. "Please Y/n, Tony's just looking out for you".

I finally had enough so I decide to not speak for the rest of the trip. It was bad enough fighting with the new guy but Sam..... he was suppose to be my friend. Well they can f*ck off and stay away from me or else I'll make them suffer. They will wish they never got on my bad side!

The next hour went by quietly. Bucky even decided to remove the handcuffs. That was the biggest mistake he ever made. As soon as he's back in his seat I start running my mouth again. "I really don't like you!". "That feeling is mutual Dollface!". "I swear if you call me that again, I'll...." "You'll what?" Bucky snaps back.
"You know what James, is it? This is what I'm gonna do!". I stand up and walk towards the emergency door "Bye bye ladies!" I jump out of the plane.

Both Sam and Bucky jump to their feet. "Shit! She's absolutely crazy Sam." "Well don't just stand their and talk! We need to get her Bucky."

Bucky jumps from the plane without any shoot and Sam follows close by. Bucky catches me mid-air and gives me a death glare. "Wow it's raining men here! My favourite kind of weather!" I shout through the wind. Bucky lands on his back to break out fall but once we hit the ground we start rolling and he lands on top of me.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" He screams in my face. "What's wrong with me? What's wrong with you? I had a parachute dumbass. I'm not some damsel in distress that needs saving!". I only just realised now how close we were together. "And get the hell off me before I'm crushed from your weight". "We'll we wouldn't want that to happen Doll! Now would we?" Bucky pipes in. "Are you guys okay?" Sam lands just next to us and Bucky rises to his feet.

We're nearly back at the avengers compound so we just walk the rest of the way back. Obviously I'm about 10 metres ahead of the boys. I really don't want to talk to either of them for at least 10 years.
