Next day. in Cat's bedroom. 

Cat yawned and rolled around in bad. She opened one eye when she realized she was alone. 

Where was Eiza?

Cat sat up and called out "Eiza?"

No response. 

She sighed and laid back down.

Cat walked downstairs into the dinning room and saw everyone at the breakfast table. Even uncle Alejandro. 

She smiled "tio"

He smiled back "nena"

She hugged him from behind to let him stay sat on the chair.

Antonio was sitting at the head of the table and his brother to his right, Nacho to his left, then Mateo, Eiza and then there were free seats.

Cat sat down on the empty chair next to Eiza.

Antonio "i was just enlightening your tio about today's plans"

She nodded and poured herself some ice tea.

Antonio looked at his daughter "Cataleya"

She looked at him "yes, Papa"

Antonio "are you listening to me?"

She answered, annoyed "you were talking about today's plans"

He nodded.

Alejandro's gaze shifted from between the father daughter duo before smiling "why don't you and Eiza go shopping for tonight?"

Cat asked confused "tonight?"

Antonio glared at his daughter. 

Mateo "tonight is the party"

Cat nodded "right, the reason we are here."

Antonio "i don't think it's a good idea for them to go shopping-"

Alejandro shot his niece a look "go"

Cat nodded. 

At the Mall.

Eiza and Cat  walked into the mall and looked around.

They walked into the first shop they saw and started to look for dresses.

Cat was looking through a rack of long nightgowns when Eiza walked over to her. 

She didn't even realize her best friend was standing next to her. 

Eiza asked worried "you okay?"

Cat nodded, not really listening. 

Eiza sighed before putting a hand on the metal rod of the rack to stop Cat from looking through the dresses. 

Cat looked at Eiza "Yes"

Eiza snapped "bullshit. i've never seen you this out of mind. something is off. what is it?"

Cat sighed "i am just tired, that's all"

Eiza knew it was a lie.

Cat grabbed two dresses "i think i found some"

Eiza nodded "try them on"

Cat walked into the dressing rooms and closed the door before letting out a deep sigh. 

Then she slid into the first dress. 

There was a knock on the door and Cat knew is was Eiza. 

Cat walked out of the dressing room in a dark blue skin tight dress. 

Eiza squealed "i love it"

Cat forced a smile before shaking her head "i am not feeling it"

Eiza "Well, we're looking for a party dress and not for your wedding dress"

Cat rolled her eyes and walked back into the dressing room. 

She started to take off the dress when Eiza spoke outside the door. 

Eiza "What did you see when you were out on the balcony last night?"

Cat poked her head out of the dressing room, confused "what?"

Eiza eyed her "you're hiding something"

Cat looked at her for a second before putting her pants back on. 

Eiza opened the door of the dressing room "you gonna tell me now what you saw last night"

Cat shook her head "no"

Eiza "Tell me, Cat"

Cat shook her head. 

Eiza nodded before she snatched Cat's phone and disappeared back in the store between the racks. 

Cat sighed before following her "Eiza"

Eiza stood there with her arms crossed "i want the truth. "

Cat "i gave you the truth"

Eiza "i call bullshit on that. "

Cat drove a hand through her hair "have i ever told you how much you annoy me?"

Eiza smiled "i love you, too"

Cat took a deep breath "I woke up last night because i felt being watched "

She raised an eyebrow confused "watched?"

Cat nodded.

Eiza "by what?"

Cat shrugged "no clue"

Eiza "another wolf?"

Cat shrugged nodding "i mean, a pack is throwing a party tonight...of course the towns overrun with different packs"

Eiza "but none of them has a right to set foot on another pack's property"

Cat nodded "i know"

Eiza "You have to tell your papa"

Cat shook her head "no"

Eiza asked confused "why not?"

Cat hissed annoyed "porque el no me escucha, Eiza!. He's doesn't listen. He never does "(because he doesn't listen to me, Eiza)

Eiza "if this is something serious then you have to tell your father. He's our alf-"

Cat hissed "shhh"

Eiza looked at her confused. 

Cat whispered "Don't look, but there's someone watching us. In front of the dressing room entrance next to the mirror by the cocktail dresses"

Eiza looked in the direction and Cat face palmed herself. 

She looked at me "that guy is hot"

The guy's eyes had been following them since Cat stepped out of the dressing room. 

Cat "and he's starring"

Eiza "because you're only in pants"

Cat nodded. 

a girl walked out of the dressing room and the guy looked at her. 

Eiza shook her head and pouted "a shame he's taken"

At home.

Cat and Eiza walked downstairs in their gowns. They were both dressed in floor length gowns. Eiza's was a two piece with a beautiful strapless top and a beautiful little puffy skirt... a beautiful dark red color. Cat was dressed in a navy blue neckholder dress, her whole back was free and she had a pretty high slit on her side. 

Alejandro looked at the two girls "gorgeous"

Cat smiled.

Eiza "where are Mateo and Nacho?"

Alejandro "they're gonna meet us there. let's go"
