Patient X

Next morning. 

Cat was inside of Seth's room and looking around. She was still wearing the clothes from last night since they were covered in Rafe's smell. Was she still shaken up about their contact the night before? yes. But this wasn't the right time.

She looked around the room. A normal room. 

Then she saw something shining on the night table. The key on a chain. 

She grabbed it and looked at it "wow, well, protected"

In the basement. 

Fer was downstairs waiting for Cat. She was nervous as hell because she knew that if Cat got caught in Seth's bedroom hell would break lose. 

She saw Cat walking around the corner. 

Fer looked at her and Cat lifted the key. 

She smiled "where was it?"

Cat walked to the door "on the nightstand"

Then she unlocked the doors and they walked inside. 

Cat noted that it looked similar to the lab they had back at home. 

Fer nodded around taking a deep breath "what are we looking for?"

Cat looked around "something that tells us why Rafe's withholding the body from me"

Fer nodded "we need to move fast"

Cat nodded "let's go"

Cat walked around before she stopped on a lightboard with x-rays on it. 

She looked at them closely before her eyes widened "oh hell"

Fer "did you found something?"

She walked over to Cat before stopping in tracks when she smelled Cat's blood.

Cat looked at Fer, she had smelled it too. 

They looked around before they found a table. 

In one glass was Cataleya's blood, the blood was running through a tube into some kind of blender and from the blender went two tubes out and each tube was connected to another bottle.

Fer asked confused "what is going on?"

Next to that was the same exact thing again on another table. 

It was different blood. They both could smell it. 

Cat looked at the name on the bottle "test subject X"

Then she looked at another bottle "test subject 239"

Fer looked at the file that was lying there  and grabbed it  "test subject 239"

Cat looked at her as Fer held it out to her. 

She grabbed it and was about to look through it when Fer let out a gasp .

Cat followed her gaze and sat Alberto Flores lying there dead. 

He was naked but a covers covered his lower half. There was a needle in his forearm, the tube connected to the needle was filling a bloodbag.

Cat looked at it before freezing "oh my god"

Fer grabbed her arm and whispered "Footsteps"

Cat looked at the closed to panicking and could her footsteps.

Fer looked around panicking and so did Cat. 

Her eyes landed on the morgue fridge. 

Fer followed her gaze before looking at her unamused.
