Pack Meeting

At the pool.

Seth and Eiza were talking to each other.

I hate to admit it but they were kinda cute together. I am happy for her but him...not yet.

Some werewolves were giving Eiza some weird looks because she's a hybrid and because she's here even though she is not part of the pack.

Fer walked to me "hey, Cata"

I smiled "hey, Fer."

Fer "so you turned Eiza?"

I whispered "shh. Not so loud."

Fer looked at me confused.

Me "Nick's not really happy about the fact that you betas are gossiping about what I did"

Fer's jaw dropped "is he serious?"

I nodded, whispering "yes. Yes, I turned her but you don't have to tell everyone about"

Fer nodded "yeah, of course. You know me, I am the cooler twin"

I nodded, looking around confused "and where's the uncool twin?"

Fer "on a mission for Nick. "

I nodded.

Nick walked out of the house "Can I have your attention for a sec?"

Everyone turned to Nick.

Nick "now, I know that the majority of you are not capable of keeping your mouth shut. You know me, i usually don't care about what you are gossiping about. But this time your gossip brought us some trouble. "

Some betas, mostly the girls started to whisper to each other.

Nick "I understand that you guys feel neglected because I didn't inform you of our new arrivals but that does not mean I will tolerate you showing any disrespect towards them or towards me. We are going through rough times right now, which means some of you have to stop acting like brats and start behaving like betas."

Seth walked over to Nick and whispered to him "what are you doing?"

Nick whispered "something I should have done a long time ago"

Seth whispered "introduce them to Cat, make it official. Show them that you are playing with open cards"

Nick shook his head, whispering "she won't do it. She's not even sure if she wants the bond"

I walked over to Nick and turned to the pack "some of you may already know me. But for those who don't know me. I am Cataleya Del Rey and yes, I am the vampire werewolf hybrid. I know you all know how I got here and what happened to me. "

Nick "Cat-"

I ignored him "Yes, I turned Eiza into a hybrid. I did it to save her life. "

Eiza gave me a little smile.

Me "I am not gonna lie, your alfa should've laid the cards open since the beginning but better now than never. I am your alfa's mate."

People started whispering to each other.

Me "Which means I will become your Luna someday if I don't change my mind and reject him"

Nick's head snapped to me.

Me "I know I can't expect respect or trust from you by what I just told you. I know telling you what I am is not going to make you automatically trust me. Trust and respect is earned. And it works both ways. We don't have to like each other but we can at least accept each other. I am done hiding behind your alfa. If you wanna talk to me or just hang out...sure, I got your back. But for those who think they have to talk shit about me or Eiza because they don't have anything else to talk about because they are boring.... I will not tolerate that shit. And I am not talking as your future Luna. I am talking as the girl with a short temper."
