Awkward

Next day. Morning.Cataleya's bedroom. 

Cataleya was woken up by someone hammering against the door. She lifted her head and saw that it was still dark outside. 

She heard from the other side of the bed "buenas" (morning)

Cat looked over and saw Eiza laying on the bed playing on her phone. 

Eiza sighed before looking at Cat. 

Cat yawned before looking at the closed room door. Someone was hammering against it like crazy.

Eiza "it's Mateo and Nacho."

Cat nodded. 

Eiza "want me to let them in?"

Cat yawned before shrugged. 

Eiza stood up and walked to the bedroom door to open it before crawling back into the bed. 

Cat sat up and rubbed her eyes "what is wrong with you two? you're waking up the whole house"

Mateo climbed onto the bed and sat down between Eiza and Cat "you two look like death"

Cat looked at her cousin unamused "because you look sooo handsome when you wake up"

Mateo shot her a wink. 

Eiza fake gagged.

Mateo smirked at her "jealous?"

Nacho sat down on the armchair that was next to the bed "She's your cousin, dude"

Mateo corrected him "Step-cousin. We're not blood related"

Cat grimaced "You're disgusting"

Mateo nodded, not at all offended  "i've been called that before"

Nacho nodded, sarcasm in his face "oh really? can't imagine why someone would do that?"

Mateo shrugged "me neither, hermano"

Cat grabbed her phone from the nightstand before looking at the clock. 

She grimaced before looking at her brother "what are you guys doing here? it is 2 in the morning?"

Then she looked over at Eiza "since when have you been awake?"

Eiza let out a breath thinking about it "maybe half an hour? it started around the time these two knuckleheads started banging on the door"

Cat's eyes widened, shocked "you have been knocking on the door for half an hour?"

Mateo "i am more shocked you slept through it"

Then he looked at Eiza offended "you've been awake this whole time and you didn't think of opening the door?"

Eiza nodded "exactly, my friend "

Cat eyed the situation amused. 

Nacho "papa said he wants to leave at 4:30."

Cat yawned "half an hour left"

Nacho nodded.

Mateo grabbed the pink sleeping mask from Cat's head and put it on. 

Cat looked at Nacho "tell me, Nacho"

Nacho "Ask me, Cati"

Cat "why are we going to that party?-"

Nacho sighed and he leaned back "Cat-"

She shook her head "don't Cat-me. all you do is avoid the question. Just answer"

Nacho said irritated "i'd answer you if i knew why"
