Two hours later, Daniel stood waiting outside Jingles, the last hour or so had passed swiftly. He now stood in confusion, maybe Darren was right, maybe he was falling for Rebecca and just maybe his whole week wasn't so doomed after all, yes people were killed but justifiably so. But out of all the bad things that had happened, Siya's betrayal stood out, up to now he hadn't been able to forgive him.
"JUST WAIT TILL THE PLAYER GETS PLAYED" Daniel remembered his uncle's words, even though in times like these he wished to talk to him, he couldn't, his ego wouldn't let him.

"Hey, sorry if I kept you waiting" Rebecca said with her ever-ready smile
"No, it's fine hey, just get in the car sweetie" Daniel opened a door for her
"What a gentleman, thank you" Rebecca got into the cushy BMW

They drove quietly with occasional chats, now and then glancing at each other until the car stopped.
"This is it" Daniel removed the keys from the ignition

And at Van Oosten..

"Look it's all over the news boss" Matty turned the TV on excitedly
"Wow can't say I'm surprised, Khumalo is a ruthless son of a gun, I should've known jail wasn't gonna hold him up forever" Mario Van Oosten said plainly and then switched off the TV
"Ahh boss" Matty groaned
"Are you crazy? Matty this guy is going to eat us! you should be preparing a goddamn army not cheering at this barbarian" Mario said seriously
"Come on boss, surely we can make him understand, we've protected Daniel, that should count for something" Matty said
"That won't count for shit, Khumalo is a loose cannon, look what he did to our cookhouses" Mario pointed it out
"I hear you boss, so what are we going to do?" Matty asked
"Hit him where it hurts most,his weakness, the reason why he escaped" Mario said
"But with everything I know about him and what you just said, I don't think he has a weakness" Matty came through
"Oh for fucks sake Matty wise up, Daniel is his weakness!" Mario yelled
