Eren: FIGHT!!!

Eren threw the boulder with all his strength and pushed as hard as he could at the gate. The wall of Trost was finally sealed and the titans outside weren't able to come in anymore. All the soldiers looked at Eren in awe as he collapsed and sat on his butt.

In the year 850, humanity successfully took back the land that the Titans have taken away from them.  At great cost. 

Time skip 

Erwin: All of you here are hereby accepted as new members of the Scout Regiment! This is a genuine salute! Give your hearts!

Everyone: YES, SIR!

Erwin: You have done well to endure your fear. You are all brave soldiers. I respect you from the bottom of my heart.

One Month Later

The Scout Regiment, led by Erwin Smith, left Calaneth District to establish a route to Shiganshina District, which is believed to house a secret about the Titans.

As soon as the gate was open, all of the Scouts on their horses rushed out of the gate.

Erwin: NOW COMMENCING THE FIFTY-SEVENTH EXTERIOR SCOUTING MISSION! MOVE OUT!

As the Scout passed through the outer gate of Calaneth District, there was once a city outside of it, but now it is a ruin. They have been riding though the town until they spotted a ten-meter ahead.

Hanji: A ten-meter Titan ahead, approaching from the left! I am extremely curious to know what is inside its stomach!

Hanji: But I will let the support team handle it!

Two members of the support team jumped off from their horses and flew towards the Titan to distract it from the main team. One soldier managed to fly behind and tried to slice the nape, but it was deep enough.

Soldier: Damn it! Not deep enough!

Soldier 2: Defend the ranks!

The Titan tried to grab the soldier but he accelerated to dodge his hand. It tried to grab him again as he landed on the roof but barely missed him. Sasha freaked out when she saw it, but a soldier grabbed and turned her head to look forward.

Soldier 3: Don't falter! Leave it to the support team! Keep moving!

Erwin: FORWARD! FORWARD!

Flashback

Gunther: The support team will only cover us until we are through the old city. Everything behind that is entire Titan territory.

Gunther: From then on, we will have to rely on Commander Erwin's Long-Range Scouting Formation. Our Special Operation Squad will be positioned here.

Flashback Ends

Eren: Oruo-san, do you think my classmates can beat the Titans in a fight?

Oruo: What? What the hell have you been doing this last month?

Eren: Huh?

Oruo: Listen, kid! Exterior Scouting Missions are about fighting Titans as little as-

He was interrupted, not able to finish his sentence as he accidentally bit his tongue hard with blood splattered out again.

After a few minutes, they are finally out of the old city and now only in the open fields with no buildings for the Scouts to use their ODM gear.

Erwin: Assume Long-Range Scouting Formation!
