As the Scout passed through the outer gate of Calaneth District, there was once a city outside of it, but now it is a ruin.

Flashback

Erwin: We believe that the basement of Eren Jaeger's home in Shiganshina District houses a secret of the Titans that not even he is aware of.

Erwin: We are to head there.

Timeskip

Ness: You rookies will be here, between the cart guard team and the scout support team. Here you will run alongside spare horses and relay signals.

Meanwhile

Gunther: Our Special Operations Squad will be positioned here, on standby at the rear of the center rank. This is the safest position in the formation.

Gunther: Not even the supply wagons get this level of treatment.

Flashback Ends

Sasha was riding through the ruined town and suddenly a Titan popped right next to her. She shrieked in fear and quickly turn to the right.

Later

Just as soon as Ness turned his head back, he was shocked to see the unknown Titan was just right behind him. Ness and Cis quickly separated from each other before it could step on one of them.

As the Titan was getting nearer to Armin, he fired another black smoke to alert the others about the Abnormal.

Armin (in his mind): This is not an Abnormal. It has intelligence! It is just like the Armored Titan, the Colossal Titan, and Eren!

Armin (in his mind): It is a human clad in a Titan body!

He jumped off from his horse and fired his anchors unto her nape before accelerating to deliver a death blow. But before he could inflict damage on it, it grabbed him. Ness fired his anchors unto its right shoulder, but it grabbed the wires and swatted both of them down unto the ground hard. Their bodies flew into the sky with blood leaking out.

Minutes Later

Jean (in his mind): This one is way more athletic than the other ones! Damn! We were...We were too naive!

He tried to reach the nape as fast as he could, but she shifts her body forcing his hooks to retract from her upper shoulder. He barely managed to dodge underneath her hand as she tried to swat him after shooting his anchor at her thigh and fly upwards around her body. He came out from above and behind, sinking on of his ankles into her back, but she covered her nape with her left hand, not giving him a chance to attack and the other, preparing to grab his wire.

Jean (in his mind): She is protecting her nape!?

Reiner: Jean!

Jean (in his mind): Damn it! There is no escape now! I am dead! She is going to grab my wire and finish me!

Armin: JEAN! AVENGE THAT SUICIDAL MANIAC!

Jean (in his mind): Armin? She stopped?

Armin: IT WAS HER! SHE KILLED HIM! THAT MANIAC FINALLY GOT HIMSELF KILLED AS PART OF THE RIGHT WING! SHE KILLED HIM!

As Reiner was charging towards the nape, the Female Titan suddenly turned and instantly grabbed him out of the air, holding him in a tight, crushing grasp.

Jean: Hey.

She held him there for a while until a horrid noise emanates from her hand and blood started flowing through the gaps in her fingers.
