Sky in the m/m
—————
He ain't used to this, he never had a bougie bitch.I sang along and caressed my body as Rickie, Nabora, and I danced in our private booth of the club.
We were celebrating Rickie's 19th birthday. She started school late so growing up, she was a year older than us. Not that it made much of a difference.
Obviously we weren't 21, but Devin hooked us up with some fake ID's so we were pretty much able to get into any club we wanted.
He never had a chain that flash and car this fast, he losing it.
I put my hands on the couch, using it to balance myself while I twerked as Rickie and Nabora recorded.
Broke niggas, they ruin shit! Rickie scream the lyrics still recording me. "Fuck it up Ti!"
Nabora and I set up a surprise for her as well. The bottle girls would be bringing out her cake at Midnight and we also got her something that she had been begging for, for the longest.
She always made sure our birthdays were so special so it was only right we did the same for her.
We were just waiting on the rest of her guests to arrive. Black people can never be on time. We told everyone to specifically get to the club at 9:30 and here we were, going on 10:00.
"Whew, my feet already hurting." Rickie plopped down on the booth couch.
"Girl we been here for 30 minutes tops."
"So, y'all know my feet and heels got beef." She looked at Nabora and I.
We laughed, shaking our head.
"And where is Vaughn? They was supposed to have been here." She took a sip of her patron and cranberry juice.
Rickie was a light weight so it never took much for her to get there. I knew once she got to talking about Vaughn, she was tipsy.
"They on the way. I just texted him." Nabora responded.
"Who is they?" I don't know why I asked that when I already knew the answer.
"Girl, now you know Vaughn ain't coming by himself. Him, Kaleb, Eaze, and Eaze's girlfriend is coming."
"Oh okay cool, I ain't seen Eaze in years."
Kaleb and I hadn't really talked since he found out about the whole Victor situation. But I had no issue with him coming. I just hoped he didn't bring it up again because I was over that situation and he needed to be too.
"Enough of allat talking," Rickie loudly interjected. "I just need this booth to be full of people. Cause the three of us by ourselves not cutting it. We look lame."
"Girl relax, people are coming." Nabora rolled her eyes. "Matter of fact, I see April and Danielle walking up right now."
They must have happened to arrive at the same time. I tried to get April to come to my house earlier and ride with us, but she insisted on driving herself because according to her, "when she's ready to go, she's ready to go."
"Y'all look cute. Happy birthday boo." April smiled, with a gift bag in her hand. She gave Rickie a hug.
"So do you and you better be lucky you brought a gift cause I was going to get in your ass about being late." Rickie chastised.
"Girl, whatever. I'm here ain't I?"
"Here, I'll take that." I grabbed the gift from her hand to put in the corner next to the rest of our stuff.
