I'm not sure if you all have heard, but Greg Shead, the guy I picked to play Kaleb passed away Saturday in a shooting in Houston I believe, trying to break up a fight.
Obviously I didn't know him personally, but I think his last moments being spent trying to deescalate a situation should speak to his character and the kind of person he was. His family and parents speak so how highly of him and how much a beautiful person he was. He leaves behind a 11-month old baby girl at only 24 years old.
I pray his family and friends are comforted during this extremely difficult time. My deepest condolences. It is absolutely heartbreaking.
I wrote Kaleb with him in mind just from his social media impact, star basketball quality, and obvious handsomeness.
I'm not sure how to continue this book, if I should at all. Change characters? Keep him? What are y'all thoughts? It makes me so sad to think about.
I've already struggled to upload due to not knowing where I want to take this book any longer. I need to just sit down and actually map out the plot cause right now it's been on a chapter by chapter basis and I believe that's where I'm getting stuck causing me to not upload as frequently.
