---Alivia

I ended up having surgery to take the pressure off of my eyes.  I was asleep in recovery having dreams of a beautiful blonde baby boy.  (A/N:  I see Riley with dirty blonde hair)

---Riley

Jessica, Sasha, Selena, and Jasmine were playing in the family waiting room.  They were playing a game of twister.  I was sitting on the couch watching.  Their Uncle Jr. was using the spinner.  Jasimine was almost 4 years old and she was probably the most spoiled out of the four.

I couldn't keep my mind off of having another baby.  I wanted another baby too.  I really did.  Jasimine walked over to me and handed me her bear.  "Uh oh, what's wrong with Mr. Bear?"

"He broke it."  she said pointing to her 10 month old cousin  Brad Jr's youngest son.

"He probably didn't mean it baby."

"He did too."

"He's just a baby."  I said.  "How 'bout I have grandma Marci fix it for you?"

"Okay."

My mom walked in with my dad.  Caine wanted to surface.  "I don't want him here."

"I know Riley, but he's your father."  she said sitting beside me.

"Fine, if he thinks he has to be here then he can, but he's staying away from Alivia."

"Fair enough."  my mom said.  "How's she doing?"

"She's in recovery right now.  They'll move her to her own room in a half hour."

"Grandma, can you fix this?"  Jasimine asked.

"I'm sure I can come up with something for Miss Jazzy."  my mom went to work on sewing up the bear.

Dr. Richards walked in.  "Riley."  I stood up and slipped through.  I followed him down the hallway.

"How's she doing?"  I asked.

"Fine.  She's recovering well.  Her bandages need changed twice a day.  Morning and night.  She needs eye drops as well to help with the healing.  The impact and concussion cause some swelling of her brain.  The swelling is down, but it put pressure behind her eyes which put stress on the retinas of her eyes.  The eye drops will help heal the damage."

"When will she be able to see again?"

"Could be two weeks or longer.  It takes time.  I want to see her next week and every week after that until she's healed.  I will also send the prenatal vitamins home.  If you two plan on having another baby she needs to start taking those."

"Okay.  Thank you."  I said.

"She'll be in room 216 on the second floor."

"All right."

The next day, Alivia was released from the hospital.  I had a bag full of medical supplies.  Ali's vitamins and eye drops were in her purse.  I arrived in her room, she was getting help out of her hospital bed.  "The limo is waiting."  I joked.  She smiled.  "I have your pain medicine, the supplies to change your bandages, your vitamins, and your eyedrops."
