I was sitting in an ambulance getting looked over for any injuries.  One of the blankets around my shoulders.  Riley talking to the cops.  My mom sitting beside me.  "We should really take you back to the hospital."

"I'm fine mama.  Riley caught me before I even came close to the ground."

"She doesn't have a mark on her."  Jeana said.

"Make sure you tell me if you're in any pain okay?"  my mom said.

"I will."  My dad helped me out of the ambulance.  Riley hugged me and kissed my forehead.  I saw the other driver.  It was Mia.  "Stalker much?"  I said.

Jr. pulled up and got out.  "Everyone okay?"

"Yes, thank goodness."  my mom said.

"She's not good enough for him."  Mia said struggling to get out of the officers' hold.

"She's more than good enough for me."  Riley said to me.

A week later, I was frosting Riley's cake for his birthday.  He was at work and the girls were at school.  My mom was helping me with dinner.  We were having lasagna.  My mom comes by every day to check on me whether she has to work or not.

Jeana was on leave from her job since she and Jr. were expecting baby number 4.  Jeana hangs out at the house while Jr. works.  We were about equal in how far we were.  I was at 5 weeks and Jeana was almost 5 weeks.  Dr. Richards didn't want me to work with everything that has happened on my shoulders.  Nina was recovering, Mia tried to kill me and Riley, I still had a stalker, and on the positive side I was possibly carrying a baby boy.

I slid the cake into the fridge and felt arms around my waist.  Riley smiled against my cheek knowing that he scared me.  "Good afternoon."

"Mr. Cameron, you're supposed to be at work."  he kissed my cheek and let me go.

"They let the school out early.  There was a gas leak.  Mom took the girls to the park so they can run off their energy since they didn't get time to play."  Riley said washing his hands.

"Ali, do you need anything from the store?  I can get your dad to get it."

"Garlic bread, carrots, celery, peanut butter, pickles, tomatoes and lunch meats."  I said.  She repeated the list to my dad.

"Prego cravings have completely begun."

"We're having your favorite food tonight.  I can have what I want.  Pickles just sound good."

"You ain't kissin' me till you brush your teeth."

"An English teacher who uses the word ain't.  What a surprise."  my mom said.  I laughed.

"I don't have to brush my teeth.  Your kisses give me heartburn."

"Because you like it so much."  My mom rolled her eyes.

"You two are so weird."  my mom said.

"You forgot to say hi to someone."  I said.

"I forgot again."  my mom smiled watching Riley kiss my flat stomach.

"Grow so daddy can meet you sooner."  Riley said.

"You need to have patience.  I don't have enough maturnity clothes."  I said.
