Aries suddenly opened up a virtual panel on the side, showing Spencer desperately trying to survive on his own challenge.
"If you really wanted to save him, then fight me seriously and win!"
Watching his ultimate easily got counteracted that easy, Kane desperately changed his tactics to overwhelm his opponent. But, instead, Kane dashed toward Aries, jumping through the uneven terrain created from their skills, and clashed with him barehanded.

Kane unleashed a heavy jab straight at Aries' face, but Aries deflected it to the side.

With Kane pushed away and his back was open, Aries immediately tried to slice him using his hand-powered by yellow energy.

However, Kane crouched down, dodging the attack. In retaliation, Kane unleashed an uppercut, but the magic circle that the both of them were standing on tilted a little bit to Aries' side that he missed his chance.
Aries stomped down, swaying the magic circle to Kane's side this time, making Kane lose his balance.
"Aaaahhhh, shit!"
Aries tried to pierce Kane's chest with his hand.

But Kane dodged it by a hair's width as he pushed the floor with his leg to give an uppercut at Aries.

Unfortunately, Aries also evaded it narrowly by deactivating his magic circle. As a result, Aries started falling down, while Kane continued flying behind Aries. The mage smiled at Kane as he safely landed on the ground.

Kane disregarded Aries' skill and tried to fake an attack to the face using his right fist. Aries tried to dodge, but Kane stopped before he could launch his right fist and used his left fist instead straight at Aries' right armpit.

Kane was kicked in the face instead!
Quickly, using the force from Aries' kick, Kane tried to unleash a roundhouse kick.
PHAM!
But before he could even start, Aries blew Kane away using a single punch. At this point, Kane finally noticed his reduced movement speed.
"So that's what that skill is for."
