It is a minecraft au, however, it doesn't follow the storyline of the dream smp
The aging system in this au follows the actual game rules, there is no time limit until you're dead, so you can live thousands and thousands of years, but you do only have one life.
For example, reader in this book has lived for more than 200 years! Techno had probably lived for even longer than that :)
