Chapter Fourteen: Well THAT was embarrassing...

(A/N: Hey guys. Sorry I haven't been on. I've had the flu and I still kinda do and being in college and going to classes isn't helping at all. I'm so exhausted and still a bit weak. My mind has been wandering lately so if this sucks, I'm sorry...)

Deidara's P.O.V

I am so stupid.

I'm fixing to die by Itachi's hands.

I looked down at Sam'ika with wide eyes, laying down on top of her in a position that brought a tinge of pink to my cheeks. She looked up at me with wide teal green eyes, her light brown hair fanned out behind her, cheeks red and bright as fire. Don't get the wrong idea, it's not what it seems.

FLASHBLACK

I was helping Sam'ika put the groceries up from our second trip from the store. She was putting the perishable foods in the fridge while I was putting boxes of cereal up in the shelves above her. I had a feeling something was fixing to happen but I paid it no mind.

I reached up to put some cans in the cabinet and I couldn't reach so I looked like I was doing the Special K symbol trying to put them in there.

"THINK FAST BITCH!!!"

I looked over startled at Kat to realize I was pushed on top of Sam'ika, who yelped in surprise. We landed on the floor with a hard thud... Sam'ika had it worse, I landed on top of her.

"Ugh..." I rubbed my head and realized my hand had brushed over her chest in the process. My eyes snapped open to see but all I saw was black.

'Oh no....'

My head snapped up to find out I landed face first in her chest and spread eagle over her body.

END FLASHBACK

I looked down at her, mouth slightly open, no words to escape my lips in my defense.

I heard a low growl behind me and i felt waves of anger behind me. I was suddenly yanked off Sam'ika and I landed a few feet away, landing hard on my back, my breath escaping me.

"Ugh...un...."

I looked up to see Itachi growling and glaring down at me, his sharningan blazing and swirling slightly. I heard a few snickers from the others and roaring laughter from Kat and Hidan. I was yanked up from the collar of my shirt inches away from Itachi.

"If you ever pull a stunt like that again, I will see to the cause of your death. " Itachi hissed, anger rolling off his tongue.

"I-I swear t-t-to Jashin I d-didn't mean t-to!! Un!" I protested, scared for my life. I've never seen Itachi this mad.

"Tch." Itachi said coolly and flung me back to the ground. I landed on my hands and knees this time. I looked over at Sam'ika who was slowly sitting up off the floor. I got up quickly to help her. I grabbed her hand to help her up, a tinge of pink still on my face.

"I'm so sorry, un..." I spoke, avoiding looking at her in the eyes, too embarrassed to do so.

"Ow..it's quite alright." She spoke, holding on to my arm, a bit dizzy.
