Sam, Bobby, and I just killed a few demons about an hour ago. We are back at Bobby's but I'm still outside next to the Impala. We still haven't heard from Cas or anyone about Trish. It's been three weeks. I'm drinking heavily again. I can't handle this anymore.
"God, if you're listening I need your help. Yes, this is me praying. I don't know what to do. I've been waiting. Longer than I thought I would! C'mon! You gotta help me out! You can't leave me without Cas and Trish. C'mon! Please!" I shouted. I looked around to see if anything showed up, "nothing. I'm not surprised." I turned around to go inside.
"Hello Dean." A man said.
"Who are you?" I asked.
"Not an angel, if that is what you were hoping." He said.
"What do you want?"
"My name is Cain. Now, I'll talk to Crowley if you agree to something." He said.
"A deal?"
"Well, I'll actually be giving you something. I know it's odd but I'll talk to Crowley."
"What's the deal?" I asked.
"I give you what I want to give you. Then I'll talk to Crowley. I need you to do one more thing after that though."
"What?"
"You need to find a blade. The blade goes with what I want to give you."
"When will you come back for me?"
"Whenever I want. Only you can kill me. It would also be a lot easier with the blade. So, what do you say Dean?" He smirked.
"Don't do it Dean." I turned around and it was Cas.
"Cas?" I'm surprised.
"Castiel." Cain said.
"Leave before I call for an archangel. They are on my side now." Cas said.
"Ok, but I'll be back Dean." He said. I looked at Cas. Cas looked down then at me. I turned back and Cain was gone.
"Cas, what's going on?" I asked and looked at him.
"Trish is locked up as if she was the devil herself. She'll be back." Cas told me.
"When?" I asked.
"I don't know. It's up to Ambriel."
"What do you mean it's up to Ambriel?" I questioned.
"Ambriel brought her up to heaven. God requested it."
"Well, what is he doing?"
"I'm not sure and I don't believe I will be able to find out." Cas told me.
"Didn't you just say that you are now all buddy buddy with the archangels?" I questioned.
"Not with Ambriel."
"Well, what can you do?" I asked.
"Help you." He said.
"Ok, help me figure out a way to get Trish back." I said.
"It's not that easy! Yes, in heaven everything has been calm but that doesn't mean that Zach or Gabriel won't get to her." Cas told me.
"Can you stop them?"
"If I do I may get my grace taken away." He said and started to walked away.
"Do it." I said. Cas turned around and starred at me. He came over to me, pushed me against the Impala, and punched me.
"Are you insane! I rebel for you all the time then now you are telling me to give away my own grace?! That grace is the reason why you are alive Dean. I can't do anything right now. All we can do is wait." Cas let go.
"I've been waiting." I said.
"You'll just have to wait some more!" Cas yelled.
"Fine, but you said you can help me with something right?" I questioned.
"Yes. What do you want?" Cas wondered.
"I want you to tell me everything there is that I can know about Trish. She would never tell me anything about her childhood and I believe she is hiding something. Tell me what I can know." I told him. Cas looked confused.
"Why do you want to know this?" Cas wondered in confusion.
"She's hiding something from me. Something from all of us. Only you know."
"Fine. You won't like all of it though." Cas said.
"I don't like a lot of things." I grinned.
"I'll let you know that her real name is Patience. Something you and her could learn. But I'll tell you a little about her parents. They were both hit by Cupid. God insisted that they should be together. They were both born under hunters. They both learned discipline and strength when they were five years old. Each of them turned out to be great hunters. That's why God insisted. God also knew that Trish would be born and he knew that Armageddon would come some day. He chose Trish. But Trish's parents didn't always get along the best. They would fight like you and Sam. They knew that they had to stay together though. Both of their parents died when they were in college. Few years later, they got married and had Trish. I'll let you know something that only I know after I tell you everything. But Trish's childhood was hard for her. She got bullied for being an orphan. She took karate to protect herself and also to get some aggression out. She took kickboxing for two years in junior high school. When she started to play lacrosse she felt like a new person. She was happy. She knew that she was good at it. She made friends while playing. They didn't care that she was an orphan. See, her friends, they were the closest thing she had to family. The orphanage she stayed in, she did everything by herself. She got her own job so she can go shopping with her friends. Not long before I pulled you out of hell, she got a really bad concussion. She was in the hospital. She had brain damage. One night I went in and healed her. She was going to die if I didn't. The doctors said that she would live but I knew that she wasn't. I had to do it. The thing is, I wasn't told to do that. God was angry. I rebelled. First time I ever did. God said that if I saved you, I would have no punishment. After I saved you, I stopped watching over her because of you. The day that you guys met, God told me that I had three responsibilities. Protect you. Protect Trish. And lead the war. The war is over. Now I have two responsibilities. They are both in a working progress." Cas told me.
"Everything is apparently in a working progress." I said.
"Anyways, let me tell you what happened the day she was born. Everything was fine until a few demons demons tried to kill her. Cassiel came down to protect Trish and her family. Cassiel killed the demons but he was wounded. A drop of Cassiel's blood went into Trish's mouth. Cassiel only told me and God already knew. Joshua may know but I'm not sure." Cas said.
"Is that why most of the angels care so much?" I asked.
"Kind of." Cas took a deep breath.
"What do you mean kind of?" I questioned.
"That is a part of it but they also know that she is our only hope, possibly."
"Possibly? Like about Armageddon?" I questioned.
"Well they believe that anyone from Trish's family can end it." Cas looked at me like he was trying to hint something to me.
"Didn't we technically, kind of, take her in as family?" I'm a little confused.
"If that is what you think and if that is what she thinks, then yes."
"Ok, well thank you Cas." I smiled.
"For what?" He was confused.
"I guess I just never say thank you so I'm saying thank you now. For everything." I smiled.
"Of course." He nodded. I gave Cas a hug and he actually hugged me back.
