Trish's POV

Dean just went out not long ago to grab us some dinner. I'm trying to get my mind off things so I've been searching for cases near by. Sam on the other hand is sitting right across from me seeing if there is a way we can stop Cupid. Cas thought it would be best if he wasn't here. So he hasn't been here in two days. Still, Sam and Dean have been right next to me every waking moment. Then Sam's phone rang. Probably Bobby. He said that he was gonna call if he found a case. Hopefully he did find a case. I kept searching to see if there was anything else while Sam was talking. Then Sam slammed my laptop closed.
"Wha-?" I looked at him and he seemed upset.
"Dean was shot."

We rushed to the hospital as quickly as we could. I called Bobby on the way with the phone that I finally got. I tried to reach out for Cas but I'm not sure if he's gonna answer. I really wish he would though. As we started to rush through the hospital we saw Dean being taken care of. Sam and I tried to walk in but a doctor pushed us out.
"That's my brother! I need to see him!" Sam shouted.
"I understand. He's stable for now. You can see him in a few minutes. He's in a coma right now." Sam walked away in distress.
"Thank you doctor." I said. I too am in distress but I'm hiding it.
"We'll take care of him." The doctor said. He walked back into the room and I looked at Sam. I walked over to him.
"Hey." I said. He looked at me and I gave him a hug. He hugged me back as he was crying.
"I can't lose him." Sam mumbled. I looked at him.
"Why are you talking like he's gonna die? Dean's a fighter and a great hunter. He isn't giving up and you know it. He's gonna fight through this." I told him. Sam nodded a few times and hugged me again.
"You can see him if you would like?" The doctor told us.
Sam let go and walked straight in. I walked in from behind him. Dean was shot in the center of his chest. A few tears started to fall. I wiped them away. No, I can't cry. You cry when they are dead. Dean's alive. He'll stay alive. I hope.
"I'm sorry. I'll be right back." I told Sam and walked out of the room.
I went into the nearest restroom. I rather not have a panic attack right now. I put my hands on the sink and kept my head down. I turned on the water. I splashed some into my face. I grabbed a paper towel and dried my face. I looked into the mirror. Where would I be if it wasn't for Sam and Dean? I know I would be in college but I'm a hunter. They brought that side out of me. And I'm glad they did. They protected me. They've done so much for me. I wish I could do something. Cas, where are you! I'm not sure if I can help.
"I don't know what to do?!" I punched the mirror and it cracked and a piece fell on the ground.
I looked at my hand and it was bleeding. I started to cry. I turned the water back on and started to wash my hand. As I was washing it I thought of something really stupid. I turned the water off and walked out of the restroom. I looked into Dean's room and Sam had his head in his hands trying not to cry. I walked past the room and went outside. I took out my phone and made a call. It continued to ring on the other line. Then it ended. What the hell am I supposed to do?!
"Hello darling." I turned around and stood Crowley with his hands in his pockets, "I know how much you hate me considering I sent you to Purgatory and making yours, Moose, and Squirrel's life a living hell. Emphasis on living. I don't know why you would be calling me now. And why are you at a hospital?" He asked.
"Don't act like you don't know." I told him.
"I don't. Tell me." He grinned.
"Dean's dying you son of a bitch!" I'm angry.
"Oh, is that so? Well, if your trying to sell your soul, too late because I'm ready to take Dean's." He said.
"I wanna make a deal."
"And what would that be?" He questioned.
"Dean stays alive, and I'll go down."
"Wow, you really do love him."
"He's family. Sam is hurting too much and I can't stand them being like this! So please! Take me instead!" I cried.
"I was actually expecting Sam to do this but like I've said before; I like you."
"Is it a deal or what?"
"It's a deal." Crowley said.
"So what? Is there like a written contract I have to sign?"
"Oh no, I don't make my deals like that." He walked over to me then kissed me.

Sam's POV

"C'mon Cas, please answer. We need your help." I begged looking down as a tear ran down my face.
"Sam." I looked up and Dean was awake.
"Dean." I sat up.
"Tell them to get this damn bullet out of me now." He said and I smiled. I went outside. The same doctor was just coming this way.
"Doctor, my brother is awake." I said. He quickly walked past me into the room.
"Hey Doc, get this bullet out of me." Dean said. He had a weak voice.
"Alright then." The doctor walked out.
"Did Cas come because I have to talk to him wondering why he didn't heal me fully?" Dean wondered.
"I called for Cas several times. I'm not sure if he came around." I told him.
"That son of a bitch is dead either way." He smiled. I chuckled in relief. I have to find Trish and go tell her. Then Bobby walked in.
"Thank god you're ok. I was hoping I didn't have to salt and burn you idjit. What were you doing anyways?" Bobby questioned.
"Buying a burger." Dean said.
"Well that's new." Bobby said.
"Excuse us but we would like to do the surgery now while he's very responsive." The doctor came in with two nurses.
"Ok, Dean I'll see you later." I told him as Bobby and I headed out.
"Hey where's Trish? She came with you right?"
"Yeah. Once she saw Dean she looked like she was about to have a panic attack so she left to get some air. She may be in the restroom." I walked towards the closest restroom and knocked on it, "Trish, you in there? You ok?" I asked and no response. I opened the door and looked inside. Oh god no. The mirror was cracked and shattered and there was blood on it.
"She punched the mirror didn't she?" Bobby looked.
"Yeah."
"You don't think she had any-" Bobby started.
"No, Cas probably came by and woke him up." I said as we closed the door.
"Sam, Cas would've healed him. He would be walking and wanting a beer right now." Bobby told me and he's right. I took out my phone and called Trish. Her phone was off. I put my phone back in my pocket and looked at Bobby.
"Her phone's off." I told him.
"Balls, she probably did it. Now we just need to find her." Bobby said.
"Alright, where do we start?"
"You know her better than I do. What would she do first?" Bobby asked me.

Trish's POV

Next thing I knew I was strapped in a chair. I know where I am. That son of a bitch!
"Crowley! You son of a bitch! We made a deal!" I shouted.
"I know and Dean had just woken up from his coma. But you, before I kill you, I need some information." Crowley walked up to me.
