~Four Months Later~
Trish's POV
A bright light flashed. Where the hell am I? I looked around and I'm in the middle of possibly a hundred-acre field. Damn it's hot. What the hell just happened? Last thing I remember is I think Cas being killed. I'm hoping he was brought back. Am I in heaven or no? I started to walk towards a dirt road. Well I think it's a dirt road.
I wish I had my phone on me so I at least knew which way I was walking. Wait a second. I ran over to a farm house that was abandoned. It had an old style compass on it. Hopefully it's right. I started walking west down a dirt road. After about thirty minutes I saw a few stray soccer, lacrosse, and football fields. Oh hell, I know where I am. I'm at least two hours away from Bobby's. At least I know I'm on earth, and I know which way to go.
I continued walking down the street. I really wish I had some water but there isn't a rest stop for at least another seven miles. Then I heard a car from behind me. The car stopped next to me. The window rolled down.
"You need a ride?" A man asked.
"No, it's ok." I said.
"Alright." He drove off.Two hours later I finally arrived at Bobby's. Thank the Lord. I'm so dehydrated and weak. Also hungry but mostly dehydrated and weak. I walked up to the door and opened it. I looked into the office. Sam was on his laptop. He looked up.
"Hey Sam." I said weakly.
"Trish." He seemed shocked. I fell to the ground from being so weak and dehydrated, "Trish!" He ran over to me and helped me up, "Bobby!" Sam shouted.
"I heard you before!" Bobby walked in, "Holy crap." He looked at me.
"Can I have some water?" I asked. Bobby went into the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water and opened it for me. I grabbed it and practically drank the whole thing.
"Are you ok?" Sam asked.
"Grab me another bottle please." I walked over into the office and flipped through some book pages. Bobby came over to me with another bottle. This time I drank it slower.
"Yeah, peachy. But I have some bad news." I said.
"What?" Sam questioned.
"Crowley killed Cas." I told them. They looked at each other.
"Trish, Cas is alive." Sam told me.
"What?" My eyes opened wider.
"Do you remember anything since you saw Cas die?" Bobby asked.
"Wait, how long have you known that Cas has been alive?" I wondered. Sam took a deep breath.
"About four months." Sam told me.
"What?! Where the hell have I been?!" I'm panicking a little.
"Well first in hell then Ambriel took you to heaven." Bobby said.
"Bobby!" Sam shouted.
"What?!" I'm gonna have a panic attack.
"Trish, calm down. Why don't you sit?" Sam offered.
"I'm probably going to stress you out more so I'll be outside." Bobby said and walked out.
"I don't want to sit. What the hell has been going on since I've been gone?! Did you guys even try to get me back?!" I asked and took a sip of water.
"Cas and Ambriel got you out of hell after two weeks. Ambriel took you to heaven though. We didn't know where you were and Cas had no idea. He wouldn't of been able to bring you back anyways. But for the past few months it's literally just been the usual. Research. Demons. Few other things here and there."
"Ok but what kind of other things?" I asked.
"Spirits, vampires." Sam told me.
"Man, I wish I could've killed twilight." I chuckled and so did Sam.
"They weren't all like twilight." He said with a smile.
"Still but um, where's Dean?" I asked.
"He took the Impala out for a drive and to get some food, but he should-"
"Sammy, I got pie!" Dean shouted and walked in without noticing me yet. He set down two bags on the table and his keys. He turned around.
"Hi Dean." I smiled. Dean had no expression on his face. He walked over to me and hugged me.
"You don't even know how much I've missed you." He whispered. He wasn't letting go.
"Did you sleep?" I asked. He let go with a chuckle.
"Yeah actually. Um, Sammy, did you tell her everything. Well the summary of it?" Dean questioned.
"I know. Four months. The usual with you guys. Research. Hunting." I smiled.
"Ok." Dean smiled.
"Oh, and I wish I got to kill twilight." I said.
"So you told her about the vampires." Dean looked at Sam. He shrugged and I chuckled.
"Ok, I still-" Cas popped up.
"Trish." Cas came over to me and hugged me. I hugged back 'cause last time I saw him, he died.
"Hi Cas." We let go.
"I'm surprised." Cas said.
"About what?" I asked.
"I figured that you would be crying after seeing us and knowing that you are alive." Cas told me.
"I'm very dehydrated so crying has to wait." I took a sip of water. Cas looked at Sam and Dean.
"Sit down." Cas told me. He led me to sit down so I was practically forced to.
"Cas don't do this. She's fine." Sam said. Cas took the water bottle out of my hand and gave it to Dean.
"Do what?" I questioned. Cas took his belt off and folded it in half.
"Bite on this." He said as he pulled his sleeve up.
"Why?" I questioned as I was about to put it in my mouth.
"Just do it." Cas told me. I looked at Sam and Dean.
"Do it." Sam said. I put it in my mouth.
Then Cas pushed his hand under my rib cage and extreme and horrible pain ran through my body. Cas brought his hand back. I spit out the belt.
"What the hell was that for Cas?!" I asked in pain. Cas looked at Sam and Dean.
"It's there." He told them.
"What is?" I questioned.
"I was checking if your soul was still inside you; and it is." Cas grabbed his belt back.
"Why did you do that again?" I stood up and grabbed my water from Dean.
"Last time someone was pulled out of hell, his soul was left behind so I had to check." Cas explained.
"Ah, alright. Makes sense, I guess. So, everything is fine then. Alright, so can I have some food because I'm starving." I went into the kitchen and Dean came over.
"Are you sure you are ok?" He asked.
"Yeah, why?" I asked.
"Just double checking. But I'm here if you need me." Dean said.
"Ok." I nodded, "you want some pie?" I asked.
"Sure." He grinned.
"Trish, can you come here?" Cas asked. I turned around and walked over to him.
"What?" Sam walked past me.
"Do you remember anything that has happened?"
"No, nothing. Last thing I remember is you being killed kind of. Oh yeah, also-"
"What?" Cas questioned and Sam and Dean looked at me.
"Crowley knows about me having to kill him." I told him.
"Wait. Crowley is in charge of Armageddon?" Sam questioned.
"Well this is a lot easier than I thought." Dean chuckled.
"I wouldn't be so sure." Cas said.
"Why? It's Crowley?" Dean chuckled again while eating some pie.
"Because Crowley killed me with a snap of his fingers. There is something different about him." Cas said.
"Hold on about that thought. Trish, I know a lot has happened in the past few minutes since you've been here but since you've known us, do you consider us family?" Dean asked.
"Um, yeah. Well you guys found out several things about me right away and you took me under your wing as if I was family already. Our parents did hunt together. We were bound to meet at some point. So yeah, you guys are like my family." I smiled.
"Ok good. Cas, did you have something else to say?" Dean looked at Cas.
"Not anymore." Then Cas disappeared.
"Um, what the hell was that?" Sam asked Dean.
"What do you mean?" He questioned.
"You told Cas to hold on. Then you ask Trish whatever that was then you pretty much made Cas disappear." Sam said.
"Look Sam, I just wanted to ask Trish that question before I forgot about it. Why don't we all get some sleep, alright?" Dean looked at both of us. Sam walked out of the room.
"C'mon, you're probably tired. Get some sleep." Dean told me.
