Salineas: Mercia

I wasn't home when the Horde attacked.

Mermista was in Bright Moon with the rest of the Rebellion.

A few guards and family members were there. There was nothing they could do. My glorious kingdom was ambushed with deadly force.

At least the throne room still stood with minimal damage to it. The pearl was still intact thankfully, but the poor seagate was severly ruined. Chunks of sacred statues had sunk and scattered around the beach, stairs, just everywhere.

My late wife's brother Andreas was present at the time. He told me at least half a dozen Horde ships attacked. Some soldiers were on skiffs with guns and blasted what they could. Merfolk swam for their lives. The castle soon was abandoned.

Dark smoke and firey ash fell all around. Merfolk told me that they saw Hordak staring and evilly smiling then later they saw that Mermista and friends had come. They knew they couldn't do anything to help.

I wasn't there when I was needed the most and I'll always regret it. Retired or not Salineas is my kingdom and I vowed to keep it safe.

An ongoing war between Hordak and the rest of Etheria kept all the princesses away from their kingdoms. Snowz was the only kingdom that wasn't torn to pieces because it's so far away. No one wanted to fight in snow and ice anyway. That would just cause a lot of trouble.

The castle and many other places are now getting repaired. There's just one thing that irks me daily. Hordak is still alive. I'm with Mermista on the Horde still being very much alive. I know they are laying low for now.

I know it's only a matter of time before The Horde returns.

Everyone will be ready for them.

The people of Etheria won't back down ever again. We will help each other though any battle, any evil that comes here.

With She-Ra's help or not, the once kings and queens, the princesses of all Kingdoms near and far will come together and keep our planet safe.
