The Horde was no more, white lines and white flags had been drawn and flown.

The Rebellion had won Etheria back. It was slowly healing and being rebuilt from all the destruction from the Great Battle.

It had been less than a month after all of that. Now there was happy chatter in Bright Moon.

Frosta and Scorpia were putting up streamers and talking about having lunch. There was something big happening in less than a week. Everyone was involved in bringing it together.

Castaspella was talking to Mermista again about flower arrangements.

Perfuma threw her hands up in the air and cried out. "Why?"

They turned and looked at her. Both saw how unhappy Perfuma was. They walked over to her.

"I guess we could all work together." Mermista said.

Perfuma perked up. "Really?"

"Yes, dear of course." Casta said and they walked off talking about the flowers.

SeaHawk smiled at Adora as she looked at a long to-do list. "Is there anything I can do?"

"Seating chart." Adora said and pointed to the pile of papers on the round table. "There's name cards in the tub. And there's another tub with two swans together place the card in the tail. I'm sure you can figure it all out."

He found the seating chart and looked it over. His heart skipped a beat when he noticed he wasn't at the same table with Mermista. "Tweek this!" He said and grabbed a blue pen to scratch out Frosta and move her to the other table. "Now this is perfect."

He hummed to himself as he worked to get everything done.

Adora checked his work ten minutes later. "You can't change the seating chart!" She yelled at him.

SeaHawk looked at her with pain in his eyes. "I want to sit with Mermista." Then he sadly said, "Does she not want to sit with me?"

Adora only said, "Go talk to her."

Glimmer popped in. "How's everything going?" She asked Adora.

"Never thought being a wedding planner would be this much work." Adora said, "At least Casta is helping too. I mean it kinda is her thing. Party planning ya know."

"Right." Glimmer smiled. "She's getting fitted for the wedding dress right now!" She said happily.

"Great." Adora looked tired. "I gotta ask the kitchen staff some questions now."

Glimmer put a hand on her arm and they went together.

Mermista was laughing at a stupid joke Huntara had just told.

"That's the Crimson Waste for ya!" Huntara said, then laughed.

"Ladies!" SeaHawk said loudly. "May I speak with Mermista . . . alone."

Huntara walked off with Casta and Perfuma.

"I know what this is about." Mermista said, "What happened in the battle, well it shouldn't happen again."

OH! Yes, what happened in battle. The passionate kiss they'd shared. He thought if this was the end then one last kiss couldn't hurt. She had kissed him back and had pulled away first. The rebellion had won and she was making this awkward now.

"Our past needs to stay there, okay. In the past, SeaHawk. We're friends and that's all." Mermista said and began to walk away.

SeaHawk grabbed her arm. "This is why you don't want us at the same table?"
