Awkward & Comforting (Cpt. 11)

Im going to give you a sense of just how touch-starved I am. I have read this chapter like 20 times. Maaaajor fluff ahead.

~ Y/N POV ~

I woke up in a bed different from the one I had previously used, unsure of where I was or what even happened. I just knew that I had a splitting headache and when I tried sitting up, a massive wave of pain went through my entire body. So, I laid back down and tried to remember what happened.

Lets see; I remember Dream trying to bribe me, the long hearing, the one guy threatening me with a crossbow, and...

I remembered the rest. Where am I? Am I in danger?

I tried sitting up again, letting out a yelp of pain this time, and heard a deep voice to the right of me followed by footsteps.

"Goodmorning, sleeping beauty. Wouldn't really recommend getting up yet."

I panicked; I didn't know where I was, or who that was. So I jumped out of bed, trying to run before whoever it was could get to me, but my injured leg gave out on me and I fell.

I was expecting to meet the cold floor a moment later, but instead I heard footsteps running to me, and was met with a warm embrace.

"Hey, Y/N it's ok, I told you not to get up. Are you ok? Do you need some water? It's just me."

I opened my eyes, and was met with a man with long, pink hair and beautiful brown eyes. A strand of his hair was resting in front of his shoulder, nearly touching my face. He looked familiar, but I didn't really recognize him at first...because he was maskless.

"T-Techno?"

It took me a moment to realize I was shaking and even crying, but when he held me close and hugged me, I realized how much I needed to cry.

I'll admit; I was terrified. If I paid attention to my surroundings, would I have gotten beat up like this? I couldn't shake the thought that it was all my fault. So many thoughts were going through my mind, and I could control them at all.

Techno picked me up bridal style, still letting me cry into his shoulder, and put me back on the bed. When I didn't stop hugging him, he just lay down next to me and hugged me back, even petting my head. I felt bad for him for having to deal with me.

~ Phil's POV ~

I walked up to Techno's room, where Y/N was staying, and heard her crying. I opened the door, worried, to see what was wrong and saw them hugging in his bed.

Techno just glanced over and slightly shook his head; this wasn't a good time, come back later.

I simply nodded my head and closed the door, ordering the guard outside the door not to let anyone in.
