Chapter Twenty Eight

Y/n paced all around Hyrule castles library whilst the other champions watched in confusion. Zelda tried asking if y/n needed help but the Champion of Vah Rauru ignored her. She was too focused on finding the very same symbol that the rider had. She wouldn't be here if Revali didn't drag her over. She would of been looking at the ruins or even the temple of time. Even her power seemed to aid her with gold stars making some important books float, even if they didn't hold the answers. Revali sighed as he dropped his pride, going behind y/n and hugging her close.

"What are you looking for?" He muttered.
"A symbol," y/n replied.
"What sort of symbol?" Zelda spoke up, "I could help."
"As if," y/n muttered so only she heard.
"Please," Revali whispered so only y/n heard.

A few black stars slowly started to surface. The gold stars holding the books, slowly corrupted. Y/n gritted her teeth.

"Let us help," Mipha spoke softly, "We are here for you."
"Only Revali is," y/n thought, "I can't trust them."

Thinking of the people around as a threat, more black stars surfaced. The flashing of one, caught Urbosa's attention.

"Get down!" Urbosa called out.

Daruk called forth his shield whilst protecting Mipha and Urbosa. Link brought the master sword in front of him, blocking Zelda from the power. Revali stretched his wings around y/n. When y/n looked, the flashing black star exploded. Instead of doing damage, y/n raised her hand as gold stars flurry around. Each gold star healing the damage before it could be caused.

"That mysterious attacker must be here," Zelda stated, looking around.

Urbosa, Daruk, Mipha and Link, stared at y/n. Zelda noticed and looked at her. Y/n remained silent, blocking all of them out.

"Damn it!" She mentally cursed, "Why in Hylia can't I control you?!"

More black stars surfaced, attempting to attack. Gold stars tried countering each one. The sound of a pillar crashing, brought y/n back from her thoughts. Everything around filled her senses once more, in time to form a golden star shield. The shield shattered upon impact, forcing everyone back. Y/n rushed to Revali, using her healing power to heal any damage whilst Mipha had to heal the rest.

"Lady y/n..." Zelda whispered.
"I'm sorry y/n," Urbosa spoke as she drew her sword.

Y/n's eyes widened as did Revali's.

"Go," Revali told her, "I'll be fine."

Y/n looked at him one more time. She kissed his cheek.

"May Rauru guide you to me," she whispered.

She had then stood up and started fleeing from the area. As she ran, her power saw everything as a threat which resulted in more destruction.

"Screw it!" Y/n snapped.

Using the destructive stars, y/n blasted her way out. When a hole surfaced in the castle wall, she jumped. Her wings immediately forming and guiding her skywards.

"Rauru descend," y/n called out.

The speed she flew at, meant she would catch Rauru touching the ground in Hateno. The second she got back, she geared up both horses, packing supplies for a long stay away. The villagers of Hateno knew what was happening from y/n briefly explaining the situation. This meant, they agreed to let Rauru shield them from all people who don't belong in Hateno.

"Safe travels Mistress," the villagers bid her farewell.

The clouds descended down until they became a magical maze, not allowing anyone to enter. It didn't affect the villagers or the normal appearance of Hateno, just the sight from the outside of the clouds.
Y/n mounted Night Sky who started galloping alongside Raikou. The two horses were quick to leave the village and even the mountainside. Y/n was holding her belly the entire time whilst her cloak hood hid anything else on her face.
It took the remaining hours of daylight to reach the beach village. It was there that y/n boarded a ship with her two horses. She did pay the visiting ship captain quite a bit but she needed to escape Hyrule. It wasn't long after when the ship left the docks, after getting restocked.

"Rauru, help Revali find me when he comes looking," y/n whispered into the link.

It was a week, until the ship docked. It was an island filled with all sorts of people. It was literally the pirates of Hyrule and the voyagers. Y/n nudged Night Sky to walk whilst Raikou stayed close. She had hid her Champion cloak, switching it for a Hateno one. Some recognised her as the Champion of Vah Rauru but they didn't bother her, merely nodded their greetings. The horses continued until y/n halted them on a cliffside which overlooked the island. The sight reminding her of Rito Village before her mind set on Revali.

"This shall be our home until it's time to head back," y/n spoke softly.

She could hear Rauru call out still. Even hear his voice talking about the villagers of Hateno going to keep in touch. Her mind continued to think about Revali.

"Thank you My Love," y/n whispered, "I love you."
