Ahn Yujin's POV.

It's already quarter to 8 and I'm on my way to Wonyoung's house. It became our routine, me fetching Wonyoung at her house so we could go to school together. I'm also here to ask her parents for permission if she could hang out with us this weekend.

I'm still a bit sleepy since I stayed up pretty late because our Group Chat became so chaotic.
I'm scrolling through my Instagram when I saw a post from Minju Unnie. Wow, she's really pretty. I actually have a crush on her. Man, she's literally a goddess.

When I reached Wonyoung's fancy house, I was welcomed by her Mom.

"Hi, Yujin! Wonyoung is still upstairs. WONYOUNG HURRY UP YUJIN IS ALREADY HERE SWEETIE." Her shout was loud enough for Wonyoung to hear them.

"You can go wait for Wonyoung in the living room, I think she's almost done." She faced me the moment she stopped shouting for Wonyoung.

"I uh... actually have something to ask, Mrs. Jang." I started.

"Really? What is it Yujinie?" She said and gestured me to continue.

"I wanted to ask for permission... Our friends wanted to hang out this weekend and i..." My voice became softer as I talked. Jesus, why am I sweating?

"You want to ask if Wonyoung can come." She knew where it was going. Why am I intimidated by her? I mean, she's nice. Really nice, actually.

I nodded and gulped multiple times.

"Sure, Yujinie. Do me a favor and take her out more. I want to see my daughter enjoying life, not just her books. I want her to fully experience what it's like to be a teenager. So do me a favor and take her to wonderful places. I know she's happy but make her happier." She smiled at me.

Wonyoung is one lucky girl.

I nodded at her.

From this day forward, I pledge to make Wonyoung the happiest person. I'm her friend, after all.

We heard footsteps.

"That must be her. Take care of my daughter, Yujin. I trust you." Her Mom said and headed to the kitchen.

"Hi, Unnie! Mom, We're heading out!" Wonyoung called for her Mom. Shortly, her Mom went out of the kitchen to wave us goodbye.

Before we departed she left a message for me, "Don't forget what we talked about Yujin." She smiled, a pure one.

I nodded. Wonyoung looked puzzled. Her brain that was gifted with tons of IQs could not comprehend what's happening.

We left for school.

"What did you talk about, Yujin Unnie?" Wonyoung asked. Wanting her question to be answered.

"Nothing. I asked for permission." I casually said.

"What did she say?"

"She said yes." I delivered the good news.

"Yes!!" Wonyoung held her fist up and smiled in victory.

Cute.

...

We went to our usual spot. The fields and there we met the whole gang, I assumed. As I got a closer look I realized that Chaewon Unnie was missing. Maybe she's doing something.

We made it to them and I sat beside Minju Unnie who was busy staring at the students that were passing by. She didn't even notice my presence, this frog.
