Hermione had agreed to walk with Y/N to her dorm, the others had already parted their ways which the Ravenclaw just assumed they had already made it to their dorms. Though, the Ravenclaw and the bushy-haired girl purposefully took longer routes to the Ravenclaw common room, mainly because they wanted to spend time together and also because they needed to discuss about the newly announced D.A.D.A professor.

"Professor Umbridge, you know, she was at the hearing." Y/N told in a hushed tone, "she voted against us, she works alongside Fudge, and I won't be surprised that she stands by his opinions about Voldemort's return."

"The Ministry's planning to interfere at Hogwarts." Hermione said quietly, "Professor Umbridge was probably sent here to notify the Ministry if Dumbledore or you or Harry ever do anything against them. She's here to help support the idea that you three are only spitting lies to create a panic amongst the wizarding world."

"Your point?" the Ravenclaw mumbled.

"My point is, I think you and Harry should be careful." the bushy-haired girl advised, "Professor Umbridge wouldn't take it lightly if she caught you and Harry, especially since she has the Ministry's support."

"Fine." Y/N sighed, "But no promises, you know I'll always fight for what's right."

She earned a bored glare from Hermione as she challenged with a pointed look, standing fully by what she said until two boys in the distance caught her attention, breaking her gaze away from Hermione towards the two boys.

"Hi Dean, Seamus." she greeted, though the looks she was returned by the two boys weren't so welcoming but she didn't think much about it, "Good holiday?"

"All right." Dean responded as he kicked himself off of the wall of the corridor, "Better than Seamus anyway."

The Ravenclaw looked over to Seamus with a curious raised eyebrow as she noticed how his eyes were glaring darkly at hers. "Me mum didn't want me to come back this year." he finally mumbled in a very low and displeased tone.

"Why not?" Y/N questioned curiously.

Seamus kicked himself off the wall as he crossed his arms over his chest, looking somewhat displeased with the Ravenclaw, "Let me see.." he trailed off before staring blazingly at her in the eyes, "Because of you."

"The Daily Prophet's been saying a lot of things about you and Dumbledore." he added.

"What." Y/N scoffed, "And your mum believes them?"

"Nobody was there the night Cedric died." he countered back.

Y/N could feel the same boiling pot of water inside of her beginning to boil harder again, she was much tempted to maybe just slap some sense into Seamus's face, "You think I made Cedric's death all up? You think I created some delusional story of watching him die?"
