Y/N and Hermione did some last minute adjustments and decided to go to the Gryffindor common room where surprisingly, everyone else was gathered at.

Lizzy and Caleb were seated on the red beanbags beside the fireplace. Aidan was on a one seater sofa while Ron had placed himself comfortably on the three seater sofa directly in front of the fireplace.

When the two girls approached the group they were met with very curious and anticipating looks which only made the two of them furrow their eyebrows deeply in confusion as Hermione took the other corner seat on the 3 seater sofa while Y/N sat on the armrest beside her.

"What's up?" Y/N asked curiously as the corner of Ron's lips curled up to a smirk. "You left Harry and Cho alone?"

A scoff mixed with a snicker left the Ravenclaw's lips as she now understood the looks she was given, all of them were anticipating for Harry's return in hopes that he'd finally confess his feelings for Cho.

"Well, we're here and he's not," Y/N retaliated simply with a shrug. "I think that answers your question then."

"Reckon he'd finally confess his love for Cho?" Caleb said in a joking manner, earning an eye roll from Lizzy as she leaned further back onto her beanbag. "He better, honestly it's a pain watching people who like each other, flirt so much yet not get together. It's the same with Y/N and Hermione."

"Hey!" both Y/N and Hermione scoffed as their eyes narrowed towards the blonde-haired girl.

"I think you don't have a saying in this, Liz." Aidan chimed in, earning a scolding yet curious glare from Lizzy as he shrugged defensively in response. "I mean everyone here knows something about you and Ro—"

The sound of the portrait door being swung open and the sound of footsteps approaching cut Aidan short, which only relieved Lizzy as she sent Aidan a warning glare before turning towards the sound.

All of them couldn't help but smirk when the figure came into the clearing, especially with the big grin planted on the person's face really gave it away.

Harry didn't think twice as he slumped down on the middle seat in between Ron and Hermione, holding the biggest grin he's ever had the whole year.

"Someone's happy." Y/N teased playfully with her smirk only broadening when she watched Harry let out a toothy grin at her.

"Well?" Caleb said eagerly. "don't keep us in the dark, what happened?"

Though, they weren't earned a response as Harry kept dreamily grinning which awfully reminded Y/N of Luna for some reason. For a few seconds no one spoke up as Harry looked like he had been struck by a dreamy spell or something.

It was until a gasp sounded from Hermione did everyone avert their attention to her, she had her hands clasped to her mouth and looked in a state of shock which only led to confusion amongst the others.
