A few weeks had gone by, the cold weather beginning to creep in only meant the month December was close by. Nothing out of the ordinary had happened this past days except how Y/N would find Filch lurking around the corridors of the room of requirements.

It did give her an uneasiness feeling, it only meant Filch was starting to catch on the DA, but lucky for her, the room had never appeared for Filch and even if Filch was lurking the corridor during their meetings it seemed that the Room of Requirements door would appear out in a different corridor, away from where Filch was for them to exit safely back to their common rooms.

This only supported the idea of Hogwarts really wanting us to fight back and obviously Y/N was more than glad the room of requirements existed, and that was where she found herself now.

Though, the room this time wasn't filled with training equipment or books, no. It had a very cozy already lit fireplace that blazed warmth through the room, a very soft sofa on the opposite of it, a coffee table placed right in front of it that was prepared with a fruit basket and a few vhs tapes in front of it, two goblets of pumpkin juice and a tv with a built in vhs player just above the fireplace.

Despite how drowsy the Ravenclaw felt the other day, she still remembered promising her girlfriend a date, they had planned to have their date at night since Hermione had plans to study during the day, the Ravenclaw didn't mind of course.

Instead she was delighted because she had spent the entire day preparing for the date, she had ran through the entire castle to spot Colin who very willingly borrowed his vhs tapes to the Ravenclaw.

Then, she had to run to Professor Sprout and asked if she had any fresh fruits and to her surprise she had them, Y/N didn't expect Hogwarts to have normal fruits but it seems that even the most magical place in the world would need normal ingredients didn't they?

Anyhow it took her about an hour to pick out the perfect fruits, ones that aren't extremely ripe or extremely unripe, just perfect ones. She picked out a variety of fruits that fitted Hermione's taste buds.

She managed to snatch some pumpkin juice from the kitchen, Dobby was very willing to do the Ravenclaw a favour as he also helped her cut her freshly picked fruits.

Then she set off to where she was now in the Room of Requirements and instead of thinking of a training area, she had envisioned a perfect date night place and no surprise that the Room of Requirements returned her request.

Despite how simple the setup was, it took her a few hours to prepare, mainly due to her overthinking everything trying to perfect every small placement.

Anyhow the time of their date night was set at 9pm and the Ravenclaw was now patiently waiting on the sofa, awkwardly swaying back and forth occasionally checking the clock, hoping the time could go a teensy bit quicker.
