Chapter 12

Yoongi's POV

Me and Junkook seat in silence. I was giving him the silent treatment to let him know I wasn't happy.

"Hyung, I don't understand why you're mad." That brat crosses his arms.

I ignore him again. I look out the window and kept my arms crossed. He wasn't pleased.

"Hyung--"

"Why did you hurt her?" I asked, breaking the silence treatment.

"Finally, you talk." Junkook rolls his eyes.

"I'm serious. Why did you hurt her?" I look at him with a straight face.

"Why are you making such a big deal out of it? I barely even touched her." He shrugs, not really caring. That infuriated me.

"Do you really not care?" I asked through gritted teeth. I was starting to get inpatient with him.

"Why should I? Plus, its not like I made her cry--"

"Just because she doesn't cry it doesn't mean you didn't hurt her, Junkook." I interrupt him again.

"Well I could care less! She hurt A-Reum, remember?" Junkook snaps back at me. "She's a horrible witch that hurts others when she doesn't get what she wants." He starts rambling.

"How would you even know if you haven't met her properly?" I asked.

"Have you already forgotten what Jin have told us?" He raises his eyebrows and looks at me up and down.

"And how do you know it's all true?" I question him.

"Are you saying that Jin Hyung is a liar?" Junkook frowns, offended I would even say that.

"No, I'm just saying you shouldn't believe everything you hear. What if he just misunderstood her? You can't judge her based on what people say." I tell him.

"Why do you keep defending her, Hyung?" Junkook asked.

"Because she did nothing wrong." I tell him.

"She made A-Reum cry--"

"It was me! I made her cry!" I confess.

I did some practicing while Y/n worked on the dress. I liked the comfortable silence we had, but a question still roamed in my hear.

Why did she lie?

"Da-Eun--I mean, Y/n." I call her.

"Hm?" She said, still focusing on the dress.

"I've been meaning to ask, why did you lie for me?" I asked.

Y/n stops and gives me her full attention.

"When Jin asked what you did to her, why didn't you just told him I was the one to make her cry?" I questioned. "What would you even gain from it?"
