Chapter 21

3rd POV

Hoseok felt awkward amongst the others. He had accepted Y/n's offer of dinner with the others, but he felt out of place in there.

'The older ones really like her, and the younger ones respect her. Da-Eun, I guess you're not like how you've been described.' He thought.

All six of the guys arrive to Y/n's house. Jimin was explaining to them all about a new worker that arrived in the morning.

Jimin particularly dragged Hoseok inside in search of the men they were looking for. When they found him, Hoseok idmitietly recognized him.

"Yes, that's him." He said.

The guy looks at them in fear as Yoongi lunges at him and takes a hold of his shirt.

"You were the one that robbed her, right?" He interrogates. "What are you doing here? Do you have no shame?"

Hoseok and Jungguk pulled him back. Namjoon got in between to talk to him.

"What's your name?" Namjoon asked.

"J-Jackson Wang..." He stutters. "Who're you?"

"We're some friends of Da-Eun, and we need your help with a little problem." Namjoon explained.

Jackson's eyes widen and he nods.

"Let's go."

Hoseok chugged down his drink and rested his head on the table. His eyes focused on Y/n.

'Why do you always act evil when you're not?' He questioned in his head. His glance moves over to Jackson, who sat next to Y/n. 'It's as if she was trying to make herself to be the bad guy.'

In the carriage, Namjoon explained everything to Jackson. Hoseok stared at his reaction, expecting happiness, or something along the line. But when he actually looked concerned, it shocked Hoseok.

"Why are you so worried? Didn't you try to steal her wallet literally yesterday?" Hoseok asked, getting the attention from everyone.

"Yes, but Da-Eun was kind to me." He said, which Hoseok found funny.

"Didn't she kicked multiple times before threatened you?" Hoseok asked.

"She did kick, but she never threatened me. Do you want to know what she told me?" Jackson asked, but didn't wait for a response. "She told me, 'Don't worry, you're not in trouble, but this isn't the way to live life. If you want to make things better for yourself, meet me outside of the bar at 9.'" Jackson told him.
