Chapter 42

3rd POV

"I see." Y/n said after they explained everything to her. "I'm sorry to worry you guys." Y/n lowered her head to rest on her knees as she hugged her legs.

Taehyung puts his dry blazer on her shoulders as some sort of comfort.

"Don't be sorry. It's only natural that we worry. You're special to us." He said.

"I'm sorry." Y/n apologized again.

"Stop apologizing." Yoongi sighs.

"Sorry..."

"Y/n." Yoongi calls in a warning tone.

"I'm sorry for being selfish." Y/n said, ignoring Yoongi's eyes.

"You're not selfish. It you being selfless that you should really be apologizing for." Yoongi said.

Y/n still didn't look at any of them. Yoongi sighs again and puts his hands on her shoulders.

"Y/n, look at me." He demanded.

It took her a few seconds, but Y/n eventually looked up at Yoongi.

"I should be the one apologizing. I left you when you needed me the most. I thought, we thought that we were helping you, but we couldn't have been more wrong." Yoongi said.

Yoongi then pulled her into a hug. Y/n didn't waste a single second to hug him back, even tighter. They separated and Taehyung took this chance for his turn. He extended his hand in front of her.

"Will you come back to us?" He asked.

Y/n smiles and grabs his hand. Taehyung easily lifted her back to standing and pulled her into another warm hug.

Yoongi and Taehyung had a small argument of who would be riding with Y/n. Y/n only shakes her head and points at her own horse which was tied to a tree. The two men laugh awkwardly before the got on their horses.

They all arrive to Da-Eun's house. While they waited for the rest, Yoongi told the chefs to cook for Y/n as she has not eaten.

By the time the rest of the guys arrived, Y/n had finished her meal.

As soon as the guys saw Y/n, they felt happy and relieved, but they didn't get near her, thinking she was still mad at them. Y/n noticed it, but she thought they were the ones mad at her.

Y/n got up from her seat and walked up to them, stopping 4 feet away. She bowed at a perfect 90 degree.

"I am sorry for being selfish towards you guys. I know you were just trying your best to make me happy." She said, then she straighten her back. "But I want you all to stop, because I'm already happy just by having you all by my side."

Y/n anxiously waited for a response, but didn't have to wait long as she was brought into a hug by Namjoon. He held her against his chest and caressed her head.

"You have nothing to apologize for." He said.

Hoseok was impatient and ran up the the two and hugged them.
