Chapter 34

3rd POV

Y/n finally got the boys to let her rest and to dance with other women. They gave a struggle, but they eventually had to dance with them out of courtesy.

Other men had asked Y/n for a dance, but he kindly rejected them, giving the excuse that she didn't feel so well. She wasn't completely lying, as her sickness did take some energy from her, apart from her feet killing her from all of that previous dancing.

Y/n sat down on a chair Jungguk had brought for her next to the food table. What a sweetheart. She drank some wine and ate some cupcakes. Now this was her way of partying.

Da-Eun had suggested to stop drinking incase it would make the effects worse, but Y/n declined. Saying the words 'We'll be dying anyway' as an excuse.

"Ma'am, you you like another glass?" A butler asked while showcasing a pan of wine-filled glasses.

"Yes, thank you." She said while reaching for one, but the butler took one to give her.

She took a big gulp and she regretted it idmitietly. Y/n stared at the wine glass. It tasted different, but she didn't think it was just a different wine. Something was wrong with this certain glass.

Y/n stood up and rushed to the the bathroom. She wanted to puke the wine before it could do anything to her. But before she could reach the bathroom, the wine started taking effect.

The world around Y/n started spinning and she leaned on the wall to prevent from falling.

From the corner of her eye she saw someone walking towards her. It was that butler that gave her that wine.

"You..." She mutters.

"Thank you for making this easier, Lady Yang." His voice was the last thing she heard before the had finally passed out.

Yoongi was the first one to slip away from the lady he was forced to dance with. He was being as nice as possible, saying his knee hurt from training. He rushed to be back to Y/n's side, wanting to be with her once again. To his disappointment, she wasn't there.

Yoongi pouts.

He went to the people around the area.

"Excuse me, but have you seen the lady that was sitting here?" He asked, pointing at the chair Y/n was previously sitting on.

"Lady Yang? I saw her heading to the bathroom just now." They told him.

"Thank you." Yoongi bows lightly before turning away.

'I'll just wait for her.' He thought.

"Where's Y/n?" Taehyung asked as he appeared next to Yoongi.

"The bathroom, that's what they said." Yoongi responded, nodding towards the people who had told him.

"Oh." Taehyung said.

"Where's--"

"Bathroom." Yoongi answered Namjoon before he could finish his question.
