3rd POV

Y/n sat in her living room and calmly drank some tea. She recieved a letter from the King stating that the Prince would come to apologize. She was about to decline, but Da-Eun convinced her otherwise.
The time came and Jin was at the door. One of the maids informed Y/n, and she nodded. Jin was escorted to the living room.
"Welcome. You got here quicker than I expected. " Y/n said before sipping her tea.
"How did you know I was coming here?" Jin asked.
Y/n only slides the letter on the table where he was. Jin walks over to the table and grabs the letter. He reads it.
"Oh." He says. "Well, since you already know why I'm here, I'll go straight to the point. I'm--"
"You can leave." Y/n interrupts. Jin frowns. "I'll let the King know about your apology, so don't worry about that."
"But I haven't--" She interrupts him again.
"Thank you for your apology, you're forgiven. You may leave now." Y/n stands up from the couch. "You can see yourself out, right?" She doesn't wait for her response and starts walking way.
"Da-Eun!" Jin yells after her.
When she doesn't turn around, Jin follows after her. He runs up to her and grabs her arm.
"Da-Eun." He turns her around.
Y/n quickly snatched her arm back and glared at him. Jin takes a step back and glances at the ground to avoid making eye contact.
"What?" She asked, annoyed.
"Why are you acting like this?" He asked.
"No, why are you acting like this? One day you're calling me a witch and a snake then the next you're say that you care about me. What game are you playing, Kim Seok-Jin?" Y/n creeps up to him, hoping to scare him off.
Surprisingly, Jin kept his ground but frowns. Y/n only shakes her head in disbelief.
"I'm not playing anything. It's you who keeps changing. You used to be so kind, then you turned into an cold blooded monster, and now you're back to being nice again." He said.
"What makes you think I'm nice? Whatever it is I'll make sure to get rid of it so you don't keep on getting confused." Y/n stops less than a foot away from Jin. She looked at him up and down with a smirk. "Isn't this what you wanted?"
"No, I never wanted this." Jin shakes his head.
"Then what is it that you want?" Y/n asked.
"I want to understand you." He said.
