1st POV

I yawn before resting my head back against the window frame. I close my eyes to relax, but open them again as I hear a snort laugh.
"Only you would be calm in this situation." I hear Jin speak.
"Would you prefer my to be freaking out?" I asked, no moving from my comfortable spot.
"No, I'm glad you gave no struggle." He said.
"Glad to be of service." I said sarcastically.
Jin smiles, but I wasn't having it.
"What's with the smile?" I asked.
"I always found your sarcasm funny." He said.
"You're acting nice again," I rolled my eyes. "What's up with that?"
"Well, I have to since I'm sharing a carriage with you." He said.
'Tch, am I some type of animal?' I frown and roll my eyes, again, before closing them.
I don't speak back. There was another moment of dead silence. But in my head, Da-Eun was yelling at me, saying how 'I ruined her name' and everything. It was starting to give me a headache.
'Aish, Da-Eun, calm down a little! You're killing my head!' I frown my eyebrows together.
'HOW CAN I BE CALM WHEN WE'RE BEING TAKEN TO PRISON RIGHT NOW!!' She shouts in my head. I wince from the loudness of her voice.
'We're not going to jail, we're just being taken into custody.' I tell her.
'I DON'T CARE! SAME THING TO ME!'
"Are you ok?" I hear Jin ask.
He probably heard and saw my wincing from Da-Eun's yelling.
"You should really stop that, people might actually think you care." I tell him, already in a bad mood because of Da-Eun.
"I do care." He said.
I open my eyes and sit up straight to glare at him better.
"Cut the bull shit." I said.
"You might not believe me, but I do. You were my first friend, so you will always have a spot in my heart." He said.
"Well you better fill it up quick, cause I don't want it." I tell him, looking out the window. "And when this is done, I would appreciate it if you could pretend to not know me." I said.
I side glanced him. I was surprised yet angered to actually see him being hurt by my words.
'Seok-Jin, why are you so fucking weird.'
