Katara's POV

Hmm how am I gonna get him to like me........SOKKA hehehe I walk to his room and open the door playing Spider-Man on his PS4

"DON'T YOU KNOCK" He says angerly and rolls his eyes 

Ignore him and ask "So what is Aang like"

He just stares at me blankly "What is it with you and Aang today, like he told me how you tried to do dirty shit to him" 

"Ok I am sorry I was doing that to him but I just find him sweet and I want to get to know him better" I said smiling

"Yeah almost making out with the guy just proves that he is 'sweet' why are you really doing this" He said "sweet" in air quotes 

I can't believe I'm gonna say it "I find him cute and I want to ask him out" I told him and he rolls his eyes 

"I am keeping my eye on you because I know you and if you somehow get Aang to like you, you better not break his heart. He has been through enough with his parents death and being picked on at school." My brother tells me looking me in the eye

"Wait his parents are dead?" I ask

"Yeah when he was like 13 his mom and dad got into a car crash, how don't you remember, I literally went to the funeral" He says a little teary eyed 

"I didn't know and why didn't I go" I said confused 

"Because he didn't want someone who made fun of him going to a place where his parents should be honored. You didn't know his parents, they loved him and they were the two nicest people you could ever meet. They even treated me like a son. We are lucky to have mom and dad but Aang isn't so lucky. So please don't hurt him" he says sadly

Oh God I feel even more like shit than I did before "umm ok" I run out of his room and go into mine and slam myself on the bed "Damn it"

Aang's POV

UHHHH WHY IS KATARA SO CUTE BUT I DON'T WANT TO BE WITH HER BECASUE SHE IS NOT A VERY NICE PERSON. I seriously am confused why she is hitting on me but she is very cute errrrrr whyyyyyyy

I hear my phone ring and I look at it and its a Facetime from Sokka and I  pick up 

"Sup" I say 

"I just told Katara if she keeps trying to make you like her which thank god you don't" I blush "Well I just told her not to break your heart because you already go through a lot of shit" thats nice of him 

"Thanks man and don't worry we won't ever get together" I said "and that means a lot" we hang up and my mind wanders to Katara in the shower and I blush "No, no, no get your mind out of there" I go to the bathroom and wash my face to get that thought out 

I walk out and I see I am getting a Facetime call from Katara this time 

"Hello" I answered

"Hey I'm sorry about your parents" She says wait why is she bring that up

"Umm thanks but they died years ago I thought you knew this" I said very confused 

"I am sorry I just found out through Sokka I am sorry I didn't know until now, I just didn't know because no one really brought it up and..." I cut her off

"It's ok I understand and I didn't invite you to the funeral so it makes sense" I frown thinking of my parents

"I'm sorry" She says

"It's ok can we just change the subject I don't really like talking about it." I said and she nods 

"Can I ask you something" I nod "Do you want to go to the movies with me and watch In The Heights with me"

I decide to answer her in Spanish (A/N: I am making Aang half Puerto Rican in this because I am Puerto Rican.....deal with it) "Seguro que en realidad quería verlo." and she looks at me confused "I said 'Sure I actually wanted to see it.'" I laughed a bit

Katara's POV

Aww his laugh is cute......wait no do not think like that you like Jet "I already bought the tickets and I didn't have anyone to go with so yeah thanks for agreeing to come with me" I smile

"since you bought them I will buy the snacks" Aang said 

"No they are way to overpriced" I told him to not worry about it

"No its ok you went out your way and bought them it is the least I can do" he says sweetly omg why am I thinking like this

"Are you sure" I ask and he nods "Ok so its a date" as soon as I said that he blushes awww.....omg Katara stop
