Hey! This is a bit of a shorter chapter before we get to Hogwarts and I hope you enjoy! As you see, the updates are not only on Tuesdays now hehe. COPPER BOOM! ❀
Sebastian had spent the last days of August walking around Ipswich and wondering about Hogwarts. He had thought about visiting his home but knew it would be too dangerous and suspicious. He knew that his survival had been somewhat accidental and the people who had hurt him couldn't find out.
He had packed his trunk full of clothes and even managed to get himself a wand. Despite owning a wand and feeling slightly better, Sebastian didn't believe he would ever see his old wand.
Marcia and Kent were very supportive in getting him to King's Cross and Sebastian had to act as he had never seen the magnificent train station. They arrived at the station, as Marcia had wanted to, fifteen minutes past ten. Sebastian did not need to check beforehand to know that the train leaves at eleven. It always does.
''This place is massive!'' Kent announced, stepping out of their car.
''It's beautiful. You probably wish you had a camera-'' Sebastian replied.
Marcia was already pointing at a spot for Sebastian to stand in front of. He chuckled and took his trunk with him. He smiled, standing in the middle of a bridge and taking in the grandness of the station.
Kent dashed next to Sebastian, hugging him from the side. Sebastian smiled wider, waving at the camera.
Of course, Marcia wanted to take another picture with her in it.
''Could you?'' Sebastian heard her talk to a woman on the street.
She nodded, taking the camera from Marcia's hands.
''Smile!'' she said at them.
Marcia thanked the woman and watched her leave.
''If only she knew what our cameras are capable of!'' she laughed, saying how she will hang the picture somewhere in the house.
They walked closer to Platform 9 3/4 and Sebastian tried to contain his excitement. Although, he was somewhat scared as well. He thought of his friends and what was of them, but there was very little time to think.
''I'll go get us some ice cream! I see a shop over there!'' Kent announced, running off.
He came back after barely two minutes with three massive cones of ice cream for each of them. That calmed Sebastian down somewhat as he watched both muggles and wizard families roam the station.
''How do we get on the train again?'' Kent asked.
''I was instructed to run in between platforms 9 and 10,'' Sebastian replied, licking the ice cream.
''Sounds dangerous,'' Marcia replied.
Sebastian kept a joke to himself about how nothing could get worse, even if he ran into a wall and had to go to a hospital. He finished his ice cream, reminding them of the time.
