Yep, a new update cause I'm bored and really wanted to write some more! I hope you're having a nice Monday. COPPER BOOM! ❀
Dina stared at Sebastian in disbelief and Sebastian recognized the same look that she had worn on the night of the Yule Ball. Not saying a word, Dina wrapped her arms tightly around Sebastian, almost making him cry.
''Chan...'' she whispered quietly.
Sebastian held Dina, squeezing her tightly too.
''Dina, I- I couldn't hold it in any longer...''
''I'm so glad to see-''
Sebastian let go of Dina, looking at her.
''Dina, we have to be careful. I have to explain A LOT,'' Sebastian stated.
''I can see that,'' Dina chuckled lightly, wiping her tears away.
Later, after having explained the disappearance of his true parents and appearing in a different home, with people he had never seen, in a new body, Sebastian already felt relieved.
They had found a secret crawlspace that Chantal, Dina, and Victoria had used to hide from Filch years ago on the second floor.
''They clearly did not want you to survive...'' Dina commented. ''but why target your family? Something linked with the Ministry?''
''That's what I've been wondering about. I'm not Victoria but I can link together one thing - all summer before our fifth year, very fancy people came to our house, had meetings and shit. And since my dad works- worked with magical games, sports, and stuff, he must have known about the Triwizard Tournament. I mean, that makes sense,''
''Maybe he knew something about Moody? About the jinxed cup?''
''That's what I'm thinking. He must have known and the same guys, just like Barty Crouch Jr, probably sent more guys to my home...''
''But why the change of identities? Why not just...''
''Kill us?'' Sebastian continued. ''I don't understand... I mean, dad's NOT the Minister but it might be that he knew too much. Considering their actions - no fucking clue.''
''Have you tried to visit the place?''
''No. I knew it'd be too risky. I knew writing to either of you could put me in danger. Look from their side - they've just erased me completely but I still SOMEHOW know about you guys? And, besides, I think this also has something to do with Umbridge,''
''I don't doubt that,''
''By the way,'' Sebastian changed his tone. ''what about the letter that ''I'' sent to you? Who the hell wrote that?''
''It was in your handwriting, sent to Victoria. It wasn't all too fancy either, like, you didn't use words you obviously don't know. These people are professionals. I'll get you the letter from Vic,''
