After a traumatic late childhood event, Arabella is off on an adventure to find herself and maybe even some love along the way. As she is welcomed into the Avatars gang, what will become of her?
"I came to make sure the dress fit you." Azula walked in as finished pining up my hair. "I hope I'm not too dresses up." I look back at her to see she's wearing almost the same thing as me. "Yours looks amazing." I say smiling. (Arabella's dress is Toph's)

"So does yours. Let's go. We don't want to be late." We walk downstairs and I stop in my tracks. "I thought you said this was a small get together party." She looked over the crowd of people. "Well, for small it's almost all of the village."
I nod my head telling myself to remember that.
"Announcing Princess Azula and Miss Arabella!" A mans voice yelled as Azula and I walked up to where Zuko and Mai were.
Zuko smiles at Mai and then looked over at me. His eyes widened a bit as the smile on his face stayed. Only it was a little smaller.
Those smiles are mine.
Azula sits next to Mai and I sit next to Zuko. "Fire Lord Ozai!" Everyone bowed their heads even Mai, causing me to as well. I've never really been to one of these things.
"Thank you all for coming to the party celebrating my children reuniting once more." I smiled and clapped along with the people.
"Please enjoy yourselves." Music started to play as couples began to dance. Zuko and Mai walked down to join them all.
"Arabella. We meet again." I look over to see Mason. "Oh, you again." After seeing his reaction, I smile.
"May I?" Mason held out his hand. I bit my lip taking it. "I should warn you, I've never done this before." He laughed a bit before looking at me. "You were serious."
I watched his feet for the beginning of the song, and before I know it, I'm dancing.
"This is so much fun." Mason smiled bowing as the song ended. Another song started to play.
Someone clearing their voice stopped me from taking Mason's hand once more. "May I interrupt?" Zuko was standing with an actual smiling Mai.
"As long as I still have a dancing partner." Mason laughed taking Mai's hand and dancing with her.
Zuko took mine and started to dance with me. "The guy found him." I look up at him before looking over. "Just like we wanted. That's good." I say lying through my teeth.
"I know that's not true." He sighed twirling me around. "You know me two months and you suddenly know everything little thing about me. Just so you know, I've never let someone that close to me."
"I'm glad, but that guy is getting close to you too." I look over to see Mai ignoring Mason. "Mason is just a guy I met in town and he paid for my food. You better get your girlfriend." I say bowing and walking away.
Here he can't make a scene about things. My eyes travel up to Ozai. He was watching us the whole time. Then I looked to where Azula was supposed to be. She was nowhere in sight. Perfect. Now I'm going to be on his radar.
"You and the Prince seem to get along well." Mason says as he hands me a drink. "We're friends." I say looking down at the red liquid on the cup. "What is this?" Mason looked at me weird. "It's Fire Punch."
Taking a sip, I look over at him. "It's okay." He laughed as we walked out into the hallway. Many people were out here looking at the paintings. "I don't know about you, but I really wanted to meet this guy." Mason pointed to the picture of the old Firelord.
"I did. My father use to do work in the castle for Azulon. He helped him out." Mason eyes fell out of their socket as I laughed. "You met him? That's so unfair." This makes me laugh even more. "I'm sorry."
As I settled down, I noticed people were looking over at me. They were talking to Ozai. "Arabella, please come over here." I nod handing my drink to Mason as he walked over to the side to get out of the way of people.
"These are our old war generals. We're having a meeting soon and they would love it if you were present. A hero should be." I bow my head in respect. "I'm honored. Thank you." Ozai nodded to me to run off.
As I turn around, I look at Mason. If only they knew, I didn't do anything and neither did Zuko. It was all Azula and she's still pulling the strings. If Zuko and I are not careful, we'll get tangled in them.
"Thanks for hanging around with me Mason. It was nice to make a new friend." He smiles helping me down from the tree. We were bored and this tree looked amazing! I just had to climb it. "If you need anyone to hang around with just come find me, okay?" He hands me a piece of paper before walking out with the crowd.
I sigh walking back inside. "What's that?" Azula asks pointing to my finger. "The other day I went into town and met someone, and he found me tonight. This is where he lives." She nods walking off.
I just gave her more ammo.
Once I was inside my room I changed back into my clothes and took my hair down. Blowing out the lamp, I climbed into bed.

"That's it. I can't take it." I put my cloak on climbing outside and going down the way Zuko and I did. This time, I didn't look down. Once my foot met the ground I looked around before spirting off and over the wall.
Where is it at? I look around before spotting it. I walk up and go against the building. "Shouldn't we stay here?" A guys voice asked before two people walk out. "Nah. Let's go." As they disappeared I walked inside the door and looked on the list.
My finger went down until it touched his name. Cell 57. I walk up the stairs looking around the corner. The guard was asleep. You never can trust these people.
I open the door and leave it cracked so it looked shut.
"You shouldn't be in here." I turn to look at him. "I'd hope you were asleep Iroh." He sighs as I sit on the ground. "He's not good. He's changed so much." My head dropped as I squinted my eyes. "He might seem different, but the Zuko you know is still there."
Iroh patted my hand making me look up. "It's just.." I trail on. "This place, I've thought many times of leaving. There's too many memories."
"Zuko is the Prince of the Fire Nation. If you like my nephew, you'll have to stay here when he becomes King." I look up at him shocked before remembering. "He's with Mai." He made a sound. "I see. They always did get along together." I nod at him.
"I better go. I just needed to see you." I lift my cloak and pull out a container. "This is something from my favorite shop in town. I hope you like it." He takes it from my hand thanking me. "While you're watching over him, take care of yourself to Arabella."
I look through the bars before opening the door and closing it quietly. The guard was still asleep. Walking down the hall I saw a light moving towards me. I started to run the other way hiding behind a wall.
I calmed my breathing before looking around. Someone was going into Iroh's room.
