Arabella's P.O.V.

"I can't tell what is wrong with her, but it's bad. There are signs I've never seen together before. My suggestion is for her to stay in bed and get plenty of rest. I would suggest soups for food and fresh air every now and then." The doctor says before taking the thermometer out of my mouth before walking out.

"I'm sorry I scared you back there." I say before coughing into my blanket. This made Zuko sigh. "I'm sorry I didn't get to you in time." He says sitting down in the chair next to my bed.

"Are you hungy? I'll send for some soup." Zuko stood up pacing a bit before going to the door. Since I was sick, Zuko kept a servant outside my door at all times. "Please bring soup up here. Any kind." I hear Zuko say before closing the door.

"Zuko, you didn't have to. I'm fine. I promise." My voice crack looking over at Zuko. "I would do anything for you." He tells me grabbing my hand making me blush. I weakly smiled at him. Soon the soup came, and I ate a few bowls of it before laying back down.

"I'm tired. You should leave and go hangout with your girlfriend. You've been cooped up in here since we got back." I say frowning as Zuko shook his head. "You're stuck with me until tomorrow. I'm taking her out."

I yawned before turning over on my side. I hear Zuko do something before sitting back down in the chair. I slept a little before turning back over. Zuko's head was laying on my bed as light snores filled the room.

"Miss Arabella shouldn't be moved. Her sickness is becoming worse." The doctor says looking at the royal family standing by my bed. I've been sick for at least a week and a half. Zuko has only left my side two times. Both of those times were to spend with Mai.

"We can't have anyone up here to guard her. Everyone must be out front to wait for the Avatar." Ozai says looking away a bit. "I'll stay with her." I look over at Zuko before coughing. He came over to me and helped me get a drink of water.

"You don't have to." My voice says as scratchy as can be. "Are you sure Zuko?" Ozai looked over at us two. Zuko nodded standing up.

"Very well then. Azula, Doctor." Ozai turned towards them. "Prepare for the underground city. All three of them walked out leaving Zuko and I alone.

"I'm so sorry you're so sick." He says running his fingers through my hair. Every two days, Azula would come and help me down to the washroom and let me get all cleaned up. I thanked her for it even though it killed me to get up.

"Don't be." I say reaching up and grabbing his hand. "I've been thinking a lot." Zuko stopped looking away but not letting go of my hand.

"I'm leaving and I'm taking you with me. We're going to join the Avatar. I'm tired of this war Arabella." I looked over at him with wide eyes. "Zuko you heard what the doctor said, I shouldn't be moving."

"But, I can see it in your eyes. You don't want to be here." I went silent as he looked me in the eyes. He saw through it. "Okay." He stood up letting go of my hand and starting to pack my things. It wasn't like I had much anyways.

"I'm going to go pack my things and then tomorrow while everyone is underground, we'll leave. But before we do, I have to talk to my father." I nod as he puts my bag under the bed so no one would notice it.

"I'll see you in the mooring." Zuko says before kissing my forehead and walking out.

Something put pressure on my hand as sound filled the room. "Arabella." Who's calling my name. "Arabella." I opened one eye to see Zuko wearing his cloak. "Come on. You have to get dressed." Zuko pulled the blankets off me before getting my outfit off the chair.
