Aria prised her eyes open to see she had fallen onto a pile of rocks and rubble of a broken down building.
She could barely hear anything. Distant sounds of muffled explosions and screaming echoed around her mind.
Standing up slowly, she blinked a few times and held her ear in pain at the ringing.
She took in her surroundings to see a horror.

Aria was stood in the middle of a city, it's buildings falling by the minute. It looked like a dusty wasteland, the ground shaking and trembling terribly.

She didn't have time to gasp or run, she stumbled a little on a rock behind her and fell right into someone's arms.
"Wh-who are you?" Aria asked groggily, regaining her balance to look at the girl.
"My name is Wanda, that doesn't matter right now we have to get you out of the city." She said quickly.
"Where are we?"
"What do you mean? This is sokovia, the city is flying haven't you noticed?" Wanda tilted her head in confusion, then quickly putting her hand over Aria's head and shielding her as another building came crashing down.

She looked around frantically, wondering if the staff had fallen near her. She remembered what happened in the Bifrost and looked up at the sky. "Loki?!" She called. Wanda just looked at her in even more bewilderment.
"Who is.. never mind, we don't have time for this.. uhh"
"Aria"
"Okay, we don't have time for this Aria we have to get you on the ship." She spoke hurriedly, taking her hand and leading her away.

But before they could get far, they heard a whirring metallic sound, and a metal hand clamped over the edge of a rock. A thin drone-like robot emerged, it's eyes glowing bright red.

"What the-" Aria began. But Wanda raised her hand and twisted it left. A surge of pure red energy tore the robot to pieces, and they continued running.
"Do you know magic too?" Aria asked

Wanda looked over at her,
"I thought I was the only one."
"I don't know much, but I can try to help." She said.
They saw a robot approaching, and Aria raised her hand like Wanda had done a minute ago.
She concentrated and imagined the energy flowing through her veins to collect at her hand. She visualised the familiar silver mist protruding from her hand and tearing the robot apart.

Sure enough, when she opened her eyes it was in pieces on the floor.
She looked over to see Wanda smiling at her, and Aria returned it, taking her hand again and continuing to move.

They weren't running long before a blue flash appeared in front of them. As it stopped a man stood there. He had ice white hair and he flashed a boyish grin at her.
"Pietro, take Aria to the ship. I'll hold them off from here."

"Got it sis, nice to meet you princess" he winked and spoke with the same accent as Wanda.
"Hey what do you think you're doing??" Aria exclaimed, as he walked over and tried to pick her up bridal style.

"Hey don't get all angry on me, I'm trying to help you princess." He smirked. She hesitated for a second but allowed him to pick her up.

She wasn't prepared for what happened next. He ran faster than anyone she had seen before, and being carried by him, she saw flashes of the world as they raced down the Sokovian street.

He stopped very suddenly, and Aria almost flew out of his arms.
She looked around to see the avengers themselves fighting an army of robots at once.
She turned to see Thor crushing one with his hammer, and a pit formed in her stomach. If she was seen by him, Loki would be sent back to prison and she would be sent home back to London.

She ran away and hid behind a broken wall of a building so she could still watch.
But this game of hide and seek didn't last for long, as she heard some rocks shuffle to her right and a grunt. She looked i've rto see the Steve Rogers,
"Hey kid, can you run?"
She nodded,
"Run to that ship, you'll be safe I'll make sure of it"
He pointed over to the edge of the floating city, towards a ship containing Sokovian citizens.
