Chapter 36

After I felt like y/n was really fine I gave her a kiss then headed out of the door closing it behind me. I turned looking down the hall towards the nursery where jimin was still standing holding his hands in front of him. "Jimin I'm sorry I assumed you were lying to me. She told me everything and I wanted to say that I appreciate that you didn't touch her or make her do anything she didn't want to do. I didn't really like the fact that you talked to her in the first place, but I understand that you wanted to get it off your chest." I said as I walked towards him putting my last sentence standing right in front of him. "I'm sorry hyung." Jimin said then I sent him back into the nursery and I turned down the stairs to get the drinks and Y/n a snack since I didn't think she got one earlier. After giving Y/n her drink and snack I headed back to the guys giving them all their drinks then continued with the room.

After what felt like an eternity we finally finished the room getting everything put in place and decorated. I stood in the middle of the room with my hands on my hips proud of what we've done. Then a nervous feeling rose in my body as the thought that it wouldn't be much longer until the baby arrived. I guess that had radiated to Jin. "It looks amazing I'm sure Y/n will love it!" He said with excitement as he patted me on the shoulder. "You're right I'm going to go get her." I said about to turn before a voice made me pause. "I'm going to sit in the living room." Jimin says looking at the ground. "I think it'd be best if I wasn't in here. This is supposed to be a happy moment and I'd just ruin it." He said as he walked towards the door. I followed him out of the room. "Thank you Jimin." I said before he could make it down the stairs. "You're welcome." He said as he continued down the stairs. I stood there watching him as he disappeared. I haven't seen him like that in a very long time. I remember when he would act like that for attention when he would make a small mistake, but it would never last this long before he would revert back to normal. He truly feels bad, but I still have to protect y/n no mater how much I just want to grab him in a hug and tell him everything's OK, because it's not ok. What he did this time wasn't just a small mistake. I sigh to myself before turning to walk down to the door with y/n behind it. I knock on the door then open it to see her beautiful face eyes closed as she peaceful sleeps. A smile creeps on my face as I walk over to the bed sitting down next her. "Y/n it's time to wake up." I said as I gently brush her hair out her face. I watched as he eyes slowly blinked probably getting used to the bright light. "Did you get it finished?" She asked as she sat up rubbing her eyes. "Yes we did." I said with a smile as I took her hand to guide her to the room.

(Y/n POV)

We were standing in front of the door to the nursery I could feel how sweaty his palms were as he held my hand. "Are you ready?" He asks. Then I rapidly shake my head yes. He grabs the door knob slowly turning it then slowly opening the door giving a slight glimpse before he fully swings the door open. A smile form's on your face as you look at everything perfectly placed in the small room. "How did you like it?" Hobi asks throwing his arm around your shoulder. "I love it!" You say as everyone started a small cheer. "Thank God she likes it I don't think I could handle having to move things around again." Namjoon let's out a sigh. I look towards him then a slight giggle slips out of my mouth. "You don't understand y/n Yoongi hyung made us move this stuff around so many times trying make sure everything was perfect." Jungkook say as he leans against the freshly put together changing table on the opposite side of the room from the door. I looked towards Yoongi  as he sheepishly rubs the back of his head with a slight grin. Scanning around the room one more time also taking in all the men in the room I notice one smaller figure missing. "Where's Jimin?" I asked. I knew he helped with the room so I figured he'd want to take some credit. "He went to the living room." Jin replied. "Why?" I asked a bit confused. "He wanted this to be a happy moment for you." Jin replied back. "Oh." You say then letting the silance feel the room. After a few moments I decided to speak. "Well let's go to the living room I'm sure you are all tired. Let's order some pizza and relax." I said with a bubbling smile.
