Chapter 5

I shot up out of bed excited to show Yoongi what I've got, I went to the closet and picked out a white tank top and some grey camo cargo pants. I tied my hair back into a ponytail so it wouldn't get in my face. I was hoping to get some practice shots in before he got up, but to my surprise he was already waiting outside for me. "What took you so long?" He said raising an eyebrow at me. "What are you talking about? What are you doing up so early?" "I told you I was going to watch you, and didn't want to miss anything." He said with a chuckle I rolled my eyes at him as I grabbed my gun and walked to the tree line. "No really though I had to put new targets on the trees I didn't want you to have the same ones and just go off by memory." He said pointing out some of the new targets. "When did you do all this?" It was pretty early probably around 7 in the morning according to the sun. "I got up around 5 this morning to get things ready. Now I need you to hit as close to the middle of the target as possible." "I know genius." I jokingly said rolling my eyes again. I aimed my gun to one of the closer targets and hit right in the middle of the target. "At least I'll know if someone is almost point blank range you'll get him. He said jokingly. "I'm going for strategy if there are multiple people I'll go for the ones in front first." I said aiming my gun for one of the farther back ones also hitting it right in the middle.  I looked at him with a smirk on my face then lined up for the next target. Target after target I hit right on the mark I even surprised myself I was expecting to be a little off on some of the farther back ones. "Honestly you surprised me on that one. Now I have another test for you." "Just tell me what I need to do." I was so eager to pass this so called test Yoongi had me doing. "Take this knife." He said handing me a switch blade knife. "Okay?" I was so confused as to why I would need a knife for the next part, but I took it anyway. "I need to see how you would fight off someone with that knife if they caught you off guard and was attacking you." "I don't want to hurt you can we use a pretend knife?" I asked. "You won't hurt me I won't let you, and I won't hurt you either. This is how I taught Jungkook to use a knife." "Are you sure I won't hurt you?" "Yes now stop stalling. Ok when I count to 3 I'm an enemy." I nodded my head and got into a fighting stance me and Tae hadn't really gone over this too much. I felt a little discouraged, but I wasn't going to give up I felt like I needed to prove this to him prove to myself that I can do it. Right as he said 3 he spun me around and grabbed me from behind. I jabbed my elbow into this stomach while stomping on his foot. He let go long enough for me turn back towards him I grabbed his shoulders and put my leg slightly behind his knocking him down quickly I jumped on top of him putting the closed knife to his throat. "Okay I know now not to go easy on you." He said grabbing on to my waist and throwing me off of him. He climbed on top of me pretending to throw punches for me to dodge. I kicked him off using all my might. I rolled away and got back on my feet before he could get back on top of me. "You're better at this then I thought." He said catching his breath. "I know" I said taking in a big breath of air then exhaling. He then tackles me down to the ground then pins me. The more I struggled the tighter his gripped got around my wrists I head butted him making him let go long enough to get him off. Just before I could catch my barrings and attack he was already back on top of me. I just laid there trying to catch my breath he's hands where wrapped around my wrists again, and I didn't have the strength to fight him anymore our heavy breaths is all I could hear. "You did good." He said staring into my eyes before I could say anything he leaned down placing his lips on mine. I felt my heart skip a beat as we fell into a deep kiss. After a few minutes he jumped off braking the kiss. "I-I'm so sorry." He stood there for a second looking at me shocked and ran into the house. I couldn't wrap my head around what just happened I just sat there.

"Hey y/n are you ok?" Jimin asked walking towards me. I flung my head towards his direction still in shock. "Y-yoongi just k-kissed me." "He what! See I told you he liked you." He said with a smile. "I don't understand after that he told me he was sorry and ran inside." "I think I know why I could be wrong though." He said sitting down next to me. "Now I didn't tell you this okay. If he found out that I told you he would kill me I'm the only one who knows this. You promise you won't say anything." I looked at him for a second before nodding my head. "I've known Yoongi for a long time I practically grew up with him. He's not one to fall in love, but when he does he falls hard and it scares him. He met a girl shortly after high school and they fell in love, the day he was going to purpose someone kidnapped her and took her life. The police ruled it out as a suicide, but Yoongi knows it wasn't that at all. He found a letter a couple days later saying that they had took her and killed her, because of Yoongi." His face was so serious I knew he was telling the truth. "Why would they do that?" "Probaby to get back at him, see Yoongi was always getting himself into trouble since his dad passed away. It was almost like he was just using it as a get away hoping that he would just get away from the pain, and since that day he has vowed to get revenge of the person that took his father and his girl." "So the reason why he ran away, was because he was scared?" I tuned and looked at the ground. "He's either scared to love you, scared to lose you, or both. I can talk to him if you want?" "No! I'll talk to him." I said getting up off the ground.

Once I got his door I had my hand reached out about to knock then I hesitated apart of me wanted answers and apart of me also didn't want an answer. It was probably all a mistake I'll just talk to him tomorrow I thought to myself. I was so caught up in my thoughts I didn't even realize the door had opened. "Do you need something?" He said starring down at me. "Ahh I did, but it can wait." I turned and started walking towards my room down the hall. "Wait!" I stopped and turned around. "I need to talk to you I was about to come find you, then I seen you standing there. Would you come in please?" He asked looking down at the floor. I agreed and walked into his room. "I'm sorry I kissed you, I'm sorry I ran away after I did. It wasn't fair to you." He was still standing in front of the closed door. "It's ok I know it was just a mistake." I said glancing up at him then looking back at the foor. "It wasn't a mistake I wanted to kiss you, but I feel like I shouldn't have." I felt my face turn warm as it was turning red. "Why do you feel that way?" I said never taking my eyes off the ground. "Because I shouldn't get my hopes up that you would actually like me back." My heart skipped a beat when he said that. "Yoongi." I walked over to him wrapping my arms around him. "I do like you." I held on to him tight, and he held me. "Are you sure?" He asked as his grip got tighter it was almost like if he let go i would disappear. "Yes I promise."

"Hey babe it's time to wake up." Yoongi lightly shook me. I groaned pulling covers over my head and rolling in my side. He then laid across my side with how thin he is he's pretty heavy. "What the hell Yoongi get off." I groaned trying to push him off, but failed. "Are you going to get up?" "Yes now get off!" I sat up in the bed after he got off of me. "What time is it?" I asked trying not to fall asleep resting on my hand. "It's about 5 in the morning we have to get everything ready for the mission tonight." He said walking out of the closet with a change of clothes. "Oh yea that's right." Slamming back on the bed. "After we get ready we have to meet everyone in the kitchen. Jin always makes breakfast the morning before our missions and we go over the plan." I groaned and got up to get a change of clothes out of the closet I grabbed a black long sleeved crop top and some high waisted jeans, then went to my old room to take a shower.

When I walked into the kitchen Jin was smaking Jungkook' s hand away from some pancakes. "Ow hyung that hurt!" He turned towards Jin holding his hand with frowned eyebrows. "I told you not to touch any food until y/n gets here." He said turning back around to the stove to flip a pancake. "Good morning." I said with a slight wave then sat down next to Jungkook and Yoongi. "Can I have one now she's here." Jungkook asked with pleading eyes. "Yes dig in." He said flipping another pancake then waving his spatula in the air. Jungkook grabbed a couple pancakes with the biggest smile I've ever seen come from this man. I laughed at him as I grabbed some soon one by one everyone had a pancake Jin finally got done cooking and grabbed him some also. "Alright I have all the locations we need to be at for this plan to go correctly." Namjoon said placing some papers on the table that had some coordinates. "Jimin you need to be on top of the building across from where we will be with your sniper we may not need you, but you never know for sure. Yoongi you're going to be the one confronting this guy so be prepared for anything. I'll have everyone on surveillance so I'll be able to see if anything looks like it might go south. Jin you will be sitting on a beach near by with your gun, I'll be able to let you know though an ear piece that I will give you later. Taehyung you're going to be with Yoongi so be on the look out for something strange. Hoseok you'll stay in the car with y/n I'll also let you know if you're needed. Jungkook I'm going to have you be with me two sets of eyes are better then one." Namjoon said looking at a piece of paper with the plan written on it. He passed out the locations to everyone. "Does anyone have any comments about individuals location." Jin said before taking a bite of his pancakes. "What about y/n if something goes south, if we need Hoseok that will leave her by herself." Yoongi spit out. "I understand completely that's why the car is going to be six blocks away from us, she will be far from danger." Namjoon reasurred Yoongi that everything will be fine even if the mission goes south. "It is only a creep so it shouldn't be that dangerous anyways." Taehyung said looking at Yoongi trying to keep him clam. "I wouldn't worry to much about y/n she's gotten really good for the amount of time she's trained." Jimin said glancing over towards me then over to Yoongi. "I'll be fine Yoongi." I said grabbing a hold of his hand. "Ok as long as she is safe I don't care." He said letting go of my hand to take a bite.
