"Hey Ji?"
Jisung looked up from his phone, glancing toward his door to the voice. "Ya?"
"We're almost the same height, yeah?"
The younger boy pouted with a nod. He turned on to his side, shuffling a bit on his bed. "We should be, why?"

Chenle stormed into the room with his hands on his hips, Jisung's jumper draping just past his thighs almost reaching his knees. Jisung snorted as Chenle glared back and forth between him and the jumper he was wearing. "Then how the fUCK?!"
Jisung threw his legs off the bed, stifling laughter behind his hand as Chenle threw a small tantrum. He looked the older boy up and down, "Aren't you broader than me?"
"Exactly!" Chenle clapped his hands, the jumper going down even further as he let go of it, Jisung laughing a tiny bit harder as it did so. "What the fuck is this?!"
Jisung giggled, bringing his knuckles to his mouth as he tried to stop himself before he got killed. "Oh my gosh, Lele, you look so cute."
"I AM A CREATURE OF DARKNESS I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CUTE!" the boy screamed, making Jisung double over in more laughter. Chenle huffed, running his hand through his newly dyed orange hair, and made his way beside Jisung, plopping down in a slump on Jisung's bed.

Through his giggles, he moved his arm around Chenle, lightly tugging on tufts of his hair. "Creature of darkness looks like a carrot."
Chenle frowned, sighing as he looked off into the distance (or the corner of Jisung's room). He clicked his tongue, moving his thumb and forefinger in a v shape under his chin. "A smexy carrot,"  he said monotonously with a wink to the wall.
"Right," Jisung chuckled, wrapping his arms around Chenle's waist and leaning on his shoulder. He wasn't wrong though, it was strangely nice on Chenle considering the boy typically looked like the epitome of darkness. Now, paired with Jisung's obnoxiously bright yellow hoodie, he basically looked like a completely different person. But it was still the same careless yet careful Chenle that Jisung was absolutely smitten by.

Chenle scrunched his nose, looking around Jisung's room. "Bro, your room is so bright." He winced dramatically, hissing and raising his hands as if shielding himself from the 'bright' white walls of his room.
Jisung rolled his eyes, still attached to the boy's waist, "it's not that bright, you just live in the pits of hell."
Chenle let his hands drop, looking at Jisung with a deadpan expression, "I do not."
"Really?" Jisung cocked his head, "then explain the difference between your room and a blackhole."
Chenle broke into a smile, playfully hitting Jisung's stomach before standing up. Jisung simply chuckled, leaning his hands back on the bed. He watched Chenle go around his room, a fond smile on his lips as his boyfriend fiddled with various trinkets in his room.

Forget the achievement he felt when he first spoke with Chenle confidently, or the time he got a response from him through his emails, or any other point in his lifetime where he felt victorious. Nothing could beat loving Chenle. Nothing felt more award winning than being in love with, well at least being loved by Chenle. There weren't really words to describe it, but he was pretty sure that it was a feeling that even Jaemin couldn't even try to make him feel.
The feeling was far from gross. The fireworks weren't horrible to him anymore. He'd happily do laps in the liquid version of this feeling, calmly let it carry and engulf him. A friend, not a foe.

"Sung, you have a sibling?" Chenle pointed to a frame, looking back at Jisung with curious eyes.
Jisung chuckled lightly, ruffling his hair as he stood up. "Yeah," he said as walked over, wrapping his arms around Chenle's waist and resting his chin on his shoulder. "Jiwoo hyung. He doesn't live at home anymore, obviously." He reached over to the frame, flicking his brother's head in the photo, chuckling to himself. "I'm pretty sure he lives in Busan."
Chenle laughed, looking back to Jisung, "pretty sure?"
Jisung shrugged, "his existence is not really my problem." Chenle laughed slightly harder with Jisung's stray giggles passing beside him. "I miss him, but then again, he's only a phone call or train ride away."
