The first week of college has gone by quickly, and way better than I expected. I expected to cry myself to sleep every night, instead I'm eating ice cream at 3 a.m with my two roommates and laughing way more than I ever expected.
Lizzy and Alice have made college so much better. The first day, I felt alone and sad. And having two friends who never fail to make me laugh just brightens up everyday.
The boys are starting to warm up to me a bit too, well everyone except for Jayden. He's still cold. Except he's sorta used to my behavior and doesn't look as surprised as he used to be.
Xavier, Lizzy's boyfriend, is so far the nicest guy I've ever met. He's so sweet and welcoming. I still don't understand why he's friends with Jayden, Jordan and Hunter. All they do is bully him. But deep down it's obvious how much they all love each other.
Jordan, on the other hand, is always in another world. I've never seen him smile once. He's always ignoring everyone or punching dudes.
Hunter, is like the "bad decision making one" in the group. Not that any of them except Xavier think before doing something. But Hunter is your classic "bad boy" you always see him smoking, getting into fights and flipping off teachers. Well I haven't seen him do that, but those are things he probably would've done in high school.
But it takes an observant person to see that he actually cares... like a lot.
Then there's Jayden. He's just Jayden. He's hard to explain, bipolar, mean, grumpy old grandpa. Except he's wayyy hotter than a grandpa.
I really need to stop calling him hot.
Anyways, he gets annoyed very easily. And it's so damn fun to annoy him.
Finally, it's Saturday. The girls have decided that we'll be spending quality time with each other... outside of our dorm. Which we don't leave much.
Can't find Lizzy, Alice, and Amber? Look in their dorm they're probably all crying to Netflix movies.
"Hey Amb, have you seen time square and the city yet?" Lizzy asks while scrolling through her phone.
"Uhm not recently, been here with my family a couple of times." I say doing my makeup.
"Ok then, y'all wanna go there today? We could go explore the city and then go shopping and eat out?" Alice suggests.
"That sounds fun, I'm in." I say applying mascara.
"Ok then!! Let's go get ready girls." Lizzy says getting up.
I went to the bathroom and changed into a brand new outfit.
