Cleo[50]

Once we made it to the carnival, I drove around a bit to find a decent parking spot. I found it and it was $15. I paid and we parked. I opened the door for Delilah and the boys. We all walked across the street to the entrance. We walked in and the boys was so excited. We went to the ticket booth and I got everybody a wrist band including Delilah and I. Once we got our wrist bands, we took the boys on rides. Geo is a tall boy so he was able to get on the big kids rides too. They were really enjoying themselves. Until Geo got on this ride and got off crying. We had to take a break to calm him down. But once we calmed him down he was back on it, which I didn't understand😂

We let them ride the rides for bout an hour before we got some to eat. We found a picnic table near the food thing. Delilah went up to order our food while the boys and I sat at the table. After she ordered she came back and sat down. 25 minutes later our food was done. She brung the food and gave us our food.

Rhys had loaded nachos, a candy apple, and a lemonade. Geo had a corn dog, funnel cake fries and a lemonade. Delilah had a chicken on the stick, a candy apple and a lemonade. I had a Polish sausage, some cotton candy and a lemonade. We sat down and ate. Once I was done eating, I had to use the bathroom.

"I'm bout to go use the bathroom..." I said to Delilah

"Okay we'll be here when you get back..." she said and I nodded

While walking it felt like somebody was looking or following me. I decided not to go to the bathroom but walk around. I turned to walk back to Delilah. I passed somebody with black on. I pulled out my phone to fake like I was taking pictures but I wasn't. I seen the man in black following behind me. He wasn't too far but he wasn't too close either. I finally seen Delilah and the boys. I walked up to them.

"I bought you a snow cone..." she said with a smile

"Thanks..." I said kissing her
"We gotta leave..." I said grabbing our stuff

"Why, what's going on??" She asked

"I'll tell you in the car..." I said grabbed the boys' hands

We started walking back to the car and I seen the man far back but he was still looking at us. We finally made it to the car. We got in and pulled off. The boys were on the back playing games our our phone.

"What happened??" Delilah said looking at me

"When I was going to the bathroom I felt like somebody was following me. So I didn't go to the bathroom and I turned around. I walked passed a man with all black on. I put my camera to see and sure enough he was following me..." I said driving

"Did you see who it was??" She asked

"Nah he had a hoodie on..." I said

We continued driving and we pulled on a red light. The street were clear and I got an uneasy feeling.

"Cleo drive..." Delilah said but the light was still red

Soon as I pulled off my car got hit from the side, Delilah's side. It backed back then pulled off. We were silent for a while to process wtf just happened.

"You okay??" I asked looking at her

"Yeah..." she said and her voice was a little shaky

We turned around and looked at the boys. They were looking at us.

"Y'all okay??" We asked them and they nodded

I was bout to get out the car to see what was wrong but Delilah grabbed my arm.

"Wait until we get to the house..." she said looking at me

I got back in the car and closed the door back. I got myself together and we drove home. Once we got there, we found out that my passenger side door couldn't open. So Delilah had to crawl over the seat to get out. I gave her the keys, she and the boys went in the house. I went to the other side of my car and seen my door.

"WHAT THE FUCK!!" I yelled

Who the fuck does that. We had kids in the car, wtf is wrong with people.

Once I got through examining my car, I went in the house and went upstairs. Geo was sitting on the bed waiting on Rhys to get out the tub.

"Where's your mom??" I asked

"She downstairs..." he said looking at the tv

I went downstairs and she was in the kitchen. She was looking out the window above the sink.

"Baby..." I said and she turned around drinking her lemonade
"You okay??" I asked walking around the island to her

"Yeah, it just spooked me a lil..." she said sitting her lemonade down

"Are you okay??" She asked pulling me to her

"Yeah but that door I gotta get fix gone kill me..." I said

"I can help pay for it..." she said as I wrapped my arm around her waist

"Nah I got it..." I said

"You sure??" She asked looking at me

"Yeah baby..." I said pecking her lips

She pulled me into a hug and laid her head in my neck. I rubbed her back and was kissing on her.

"The boys should be outta the tub now..." she said as we let each other go

We went upstairs and they both were sitting on the bed watching tv. Delilah wanted them to sleep with us tonight which I understood. I cleaned out the tub and we got in the shower. When we got out the boys where half sleep. I went through the house to make sure everything was locked up. Once I got back upstairs, we got in the bed, put it on a movie and ended up falling asleep.
