I've been telling Delilah all day that I wasn't going to be able to make it but I caught a morning flight around 9:45 and I was here already. I was here since about 3 and was just chilling at Sunny's house.

Around 6:45 we started getting ready for Delilah's dinner and getting her gifts together. I was waiting on Sunny and Reese to get done. Once they got done, we went to Delilah's house.

"Give this to her and tell her I got it sent here..." I said

I was sitting in the car but Sunny told me to come in cuz she was upstairs getting ready. I got out the car and went in. Everybody quietly spoke and I sat on the couch. Sunny and Reese went upstairs to give her the gift. The gift was a Cuban Link chain necklace. She was looking at one in the mall when she was down there so I decided to get it for her.

Soon as Sunny and Reese came down, my phone dinged.

Debaby💞💍: OMG!! Thanks baby. I love it.

I smiled while reading the message.

Me: I'm glad you like it. When I see you, it's more than where that comes from baby.

Debaby💞💍: I wish you were here to put it on me🥺

Me: I know baby, me too. Enjoy yourself tonight, send me some pictures and I'll call you when I get off. I love you😘

Debaby💞💍: Okay and I love you❤️

Like 10 minutes later, she called Bri up. After a few minutes Bri came and said Delilah was on the way down. I went out the door as I seen her feet coming downstairs. Shit! Almost got caught.
I went to get back in the car and after like 3 minutes everybody came out, got in their cars and we headed out. We pulled up to the restaurant, everybody got out but I stayed in. Sunny was going to text me and tell me when to come in. After like 8 minutes, she texted and told me to come in. I grabbed the gift bag and the flowers, got out and then headed in. I seen Sunny and I walked into the room. Delilah was looking at the menu so Bri tapped her and pointed to me. Delilah looked behind her and she seen me with a big smile. She got up and ran into my arms.

"You told me you wasn't going to make it..." she said hugging me

"I know. I wanted to surprise you..." I said kissing her forehead

She raised up and poked her lips out. I leaned down and pecked her lips twice before she let me go with a kool-aid smile.

"This are for you..." I said handing her the flowers

She took them.

"And this is also for you..." I said giving her the gift bag

"Thank you baby..." she said before pecking my lips again

"You're welcome..." I said smiling at her

We walked to the table and sat down. Her and I looked at the menu together to see what we wanted.

"You tryna get drunk tonight??" I asked looking at her

She chuckled and looked at me.

"Not tonight maybe tomar night cuz we are going to the club..." she said

"Sooo, no drunk sex tonight??" I asked

She laughed and pushed me back making me laugh. The waiter came and took our drink orders. Delilah did end up ordering a drink. Frozen strawberry henny margaritas to be exact.

"What was you plan after this??" I asked

"I got a rose so I was going to home and try it out..." she said making my mouth drop
