CHAPTER THIRTY-NINE

One freaking week until my baby boy comes out of me and I'm freaking out like oh gosh what am I even doing, you know. My belly is so freaking big like so big. I've already picked out a name, but it's not very unique, it's like a common name and I like it.

I promised myself that I'm not going to tell anyone until til his born and I'm sure they're going to like it.

As we came inside the house and I could feel that no one was home. I walked over to the couch feeling really exhausted I laid down. I don't know where Vinnie went upstairs to probably get something.

"Here you going my love" He puts the blanket over me than kissing me on the forehead.

I snuggled into the blanket then fell asleep.

VINNIE'S POV.....

I walked back downstairs and went to the living room where Maya was laying down on the couch.

"Here you going my love," I said putting the blanket on him then kissing her on her forehead.

I see her peacefully asleep and I walked away and making sure not to wake up.

The doorbell rang and I went over to open the door. I opened the door and saw Reggie, my brother.

"Yooo-mmm"

"Shh," I cut him off by putting my finger on his lips.

"Maya is taking a nap," I told him.

I let him inside and we walked to the kitchen. I grabbed a bottle of water out of the fridge and pasted it to him.

"So, are you ready to be a dad?" Reggie asked with a smile on his face.

I can't believe I'm going to be a dad, I'm so excited. And the girl that's carrying my child is my own beautiful girlfriend, I'm so lucky.

Maya is going to be the greatest mum ever.

"Of course I am, I'll love our baby no matter and also Maya, of course," I said.

I'm not letting anything happened to both of them.

An hour goes by and I'm sitting on the couch waiting for Maya to wake up.

Call me a creep.

She rubbed her eyes as she woke up she looked straight at me with a smile creeping up her face.

"Had a good nap, beautiful?" I asked her walking up to her, moving her hair on her face and putting it behind her ear.

She nods as she sat up. I ran to the kitchen I saw Reggie still on his phone as I walked past him grabbing a bottle of water out of the fridge. I ran back to the living room where Maya is still sitting on the couch.

"Here you go, my love," I said as I gave her the bottle of water.

I sat beside her kissing her on the top of her head. Reggie came in walking over to the couch in front of us.

"How are you feeling, Maya?" He asked her.

"I'm feeling okay," she said smiling at him.

Gosh, I love her smile.

BACK TO MAYA...

I rubbed my eyes as I woke up from a great nap, I saw Vinnie in front of me and a smile cropped up my face.

"Had a good nap, beautiful?" He asked me as he walked up to me pushing the hair out of my face.

I nodded as I sat up and I ran to the kitchen. I don't know what he's getting. He came back to the living room and gave me a bottle of water.

"Here you go, my love," He said as he gives me the bottle of water.

He sat beside me kissing me on the top of my head. Reggie came in walking over to the couch in front of us.

"How are you feeling, Maya?" He asked me.

"I'm feeling okay," I said smiling at him.

I feel like the size of a fricking watermelon.

It's now eleven pm and Reggie left. I'm in my room in bed watching a movie while Vinnie is taking a shower.

While I was felt a bad pain in my back and hissed in pain. Then it stopped so I really didn't think anything of it so ignored it.

Then it started again and I'm now getting a bit worried. The pain started to get stronger and stronger, I put my laptop down and got up out of bed and started walking around my room while I'm moaning, whining and groaning in pain.

Vinnie came out of the bathroom confused as to why I'm walking around the room. I sat back down on my bed rocking back-and-forth taking big deep breaths.

"Baby, are you okay?" He asked me.

"What do you think?" I yelled heavily breathing in and out.

"Baby, it's going to be okay," he said as he held me rubbing my back.

He got up grabbing a change of clothes and went to the bathroom. I got my phone and went through my contacts and found Alissa so I press on it. After three rings she answers.

"Hey girl, what's up?" She said through the phone.

"I think I'm going into labour. " I told her.

I move my phone away from my ear as she screaming so loud through the phone.

"I'll be there as fast I could- Martin! Maya is in labour and we have to be at the hospital, QUICKLY. " she hanged up so I amuse that she's on her way.

Vinnie finally came out of the bathroom immediately grabbed the hospital bags.

"Alissa said that she's going to meet us at the hospital," I tell him.

I got up and waddled my way downstairs. He puts all the bags in the trunk and after that, he helps me to get inside the car.

Here you come our baby boy!!
