Feeding Buddies

POV: Kai

Damon finished explaining everything and we ran through all the possible scenarios and things that could go wrong. This has to be perfect. If we fail, next time they'll know what to expect. "Ok so I, being the incredibly strong vampire that I am, will fight off whatever guard is in place to protect the entrances. Maybe, if whoever is behind this is dumb enough, there won't be any. In which case, you two will go together to find Sienna while I distract the person in charge. If I don't find them and you two get to Sienna without us being seen even better. But if we are seen and can't kill them because we're outnumbered or overpowered, we drop the mission and leave immediately to make a new plan. Got it?" I shook my head.

"Yea no way. I'm not leaving Sienna there any longer than I have to to save my own ass." Damon began rolling the paper back up.

"That's fine you can die I don't care about you." He looked at Bonnie. "You're who I'm worried about." Bonnie looked at me and then at him.

"I'll be fine...let's just get this over with." She grabbed her phone and started walking toward the door. Me and Damon followed but shortly after he stopped us again.

"Wait." Damon stopped walking and I rolled my eyes.

"What? If you want to have sex with Elena so bad just go we don't need you here." I kept walking on without him, not waiting for a response. Did he not understand I was in a hurry? If this was Elena we definitely would've been there by now.

"Kai, when was the last time you fed." I scratched the back of my head and turned around. I already knew where he was going with this.

"Three days ago..."

"And how long have you been a vampire?" He crossed his arms further solidifying his point.

"Three days..." I looked at him like a child who was caught by his parent doing something wrong.

"Exactly, we need to feed or you'll be too weak to do anything. Especially since you're new. And we don't need you feeding on any Bennet witches." He raised his eyebrows knowing he had gotten through to me and I sighed.

"Fine, but let's make this quick." He nodded and looked towards Bonnie now.

"Wait for us at the grill?"

"Yea, don't kill too many. I will check." She pointed at both of us threateningly and I raised my hands in defence.

"Me? Kill? Never." I smirked mischievously.

"Good luck with that Damon." She gestured toward me and started walking away still facing us.

"Yea, thanks." He said sarcastically and fake smiled. She turned around then and walked towards the grill as we began walking in the opposite direction.

"Wow look at us! Feeding buddies, who would've thought!" I teased and elbowed Damon's side. He pushed me away.

"Yea, don't get used to it." He remarked and I ignored the comment.

"So, Damien, I was thinking. If Superman and Supergirl were to get into a fight, who do you think would win? It's fair because they have the same powers so that isn't something we would need to consider but she is a girl. Girls are naturally weaker than guys but then again, does that even matter when you're as strong as steel? Or- do aliens and Kryptonians even have that same problem where women are weaker? So many questions." I rubbed my face stressed out but really, this was just a coping mechanism to calm my nerves. "And then if we put aside all of that we would need to consider the fact they're both good people. Neither would want to hurt the other sev-" Suddenly I was pushed against a wall with two strong hands around my throat choking me. Luke's personality took over again and I got slightly turned on but suppressed it. Trying to find myself again. Which was easy to do when I realized exactly who was choking me.

"Do you ever stop talking !? I don't care about Superman or Supergirl please just shut up!!" Me, being the complete comedian that I am, realized he was close to me. So, instead of pushing him off like any other toxically masculine male, I leaned in knowing he would lean away. And that's exactly what he did. "Get away from me freak." I laughed and we continued walking down the street in silence now. Not because his threat had worked but I couldn't afford any more detours. I needed to get to Sienna as fast as possible.

Soon, we came across a group of teens messing around in the middle of the street. Damon and I looked at each other to confirm we were going for them and then walked towards them. There was a tall boy there who was slightly slouched. He was the first to notice us and alerted his friends clearly scared. They looked toward us and a short girl, dressed extremely inappropriate for her age, faced us confidently. She would be who died first. Damon wouldn't go for her because she looks like a kid, but I, on the other hand, had no problem killing fourteen-year-old wanna-be stripper.

"Yo, we don't want any trouble." Another boy, slightly taller than the scared slouched one was who spoke. The scared one still hiding in the background.

"Speak for yo self baby." Yea, they were clearly all bad kids. She had a thick gangster-like accent in the small town of Mystic Falls. I couldn't wait to kill her.

"Awe come on we just wanna have some fun." I smirked looking at the girl like she was food. I decided to play along but Damon looked at me like I was insane.

"Kai, she's a kid."

"She doesn't look like a kid to me..." I grabbed her chin to make her look up at me; pulling her into my trap completely. I pulled her closer by her waist and grabbed her ass. She looked up at me already completely submissive. Disgusting, letting some old guy like me take advantage of her. The boy who had spoken for them before grabbed her arm and pulled her back.

"Are you insane, Brina? That's disgusting he could hurt you." He tried to say it low but she pushed him away.

"Chill, I'm just having some fun." She looked back at me and smiled. She walked past me grabbing my hand and pulling me but I didn't move. Instead, I pulled her back and grabbed her neck. I stared into her eyes and let the veins show under my eyes. Her eyes widened and the fear in her expression sent chills down my spine. I had missed moments like this.

"You idiot, now they're all gonna run!" Damon complained and began feeding on the rest of the group which had stood there silent and frozen. Or maybe so numbed out by the drugs they were clearly on that they hadn't had the energy to react to the clear danger in front of them.

"Please, don't hurt me." The young girl begged and I smiled.

"Chill, I'm just having some fun." My grin widened evilly as I quoted her. Tears began to pool in her eyes and when I looked down water was running down her leg. I lost it laughing right in her face, still holding her neck tightly.

"You weak slut." I laughed so hard I cried and once I could contain myself I fed on her, draining every drop of blood in her body until there was nothing left. When I looked up the three other people who had been in the group were drained and dead as well, only the scared one left standing. Damon went for him and he tensed what looked like every muscle in his body. I quickly vamped between Damon and the boy. Damon took a deep breath.

"What now Parker?"

"I like this one." I gestured toward the boy in back of me. "I want to keep him." I turned around and pinched his cheek. He flinched "look how cute he is!" Damon rolled his eyes.

"Fine, whatever." He began walking away in the direction of the grill and I compelled the scared boy.

"Forget everything you saw today and get yourself some new friends. You were too good for those losers anyway. Go home and sleep." He nodded and started walking home casually. I managed to catch up with Damon and we met Bonnie who was sitting at the bar inside Mystic Grill.
