Together again

POV: Sienna

All five of us squished into Damons' small car. He began driving and Bonnie filled him in on what we had been through. Not for a second did I let go of Kai. I hugged his arm just enjoying his presence and soon he pulled me up into his arms and cradled me like a baby. He kissed my forehead and I smiled. "I missed you so much, thank you for saving me." I snuggled in closer to his chest.

"Don't thank me, I did it because I love you." He stroked my cheek and I heard Damon gag from the front seat.

"That's enough love birds." he complained. I giggled and kissed Kai, making sure Damon could hear all the noises. "Sienna, do not test me because I will not hesitate to throw you both out the window and make you walk all the way back to Mystic Falls." I laughed and pulled away from the kiss. I realized then that Gabriel hadn't spoken since we left the warehouse.

"Are you okay?" I kicked him and he looked up at me. His eyes were red and swollen. "Did I miss something?" I said shocked and looked around at everyone.

"He was compelled into helping Katherine." Kai explained casually and I looked at Gabriel.

"So you're human?" He shook his head.

"Katherine got a siphon to take all my magic so I was more human than witch. That allowed her to compel me and once that was over she gave it back, used me and my magic for what she needed, and stripped it all away again. It hurt a lot..." he shook and hugged his knees.

"I didn't know that was possible."

"Me neither." Bonnie added.

"Were here." Damon parked the car in front of the Salvatores house and got out of the car. We all got out and followed him inside. Stefan was writing in his diary on the couch and Elena was reading. So boring, feels like home. I thought to myself and then looked up at Kai and smiled. He smiled back softly, bent down and kissed me. Elena looked over and grinned widely her jaw slightly dropped.

"I told you! Hand over the money Stef!" I looked over at her and laughed as she danced around. Stefan sighed and handed her money.

"What are the chances." He remarked as he rolled his eyes.

"Thank you, Mr.Salvatore." Elena teased. Damon went up to Elena and kissed her.

"What's that about?" He asked and hugged her around her waist. The way he looked at her was really special, anyone could see that.

"Stefan bet me one hundred dollars that Kai was lying and secretly working for Katherine. Clearly," she waved the money in Damons face. "He was wrong." Damon looked at Stefan then.

"Do you really think I would trust this idiot if I wasn't one hundred percent sure he was on our side?" Damon gestured toward Kai.

"When it comes to doing something for Elena or Bonnie, yes." Damon rolled his eyes.

"Wow Elena, not even a hug huh?" Bonnie teased changing the subject. Elena laughed and ran up to her.

"I'm so happy you're okay." They both hugged tightly.

"Me too." Bonnie said softly and pulled away. Elena looked at me then.

"And you!" She pointed at me and Kai. Both of us put our hands up and then laughed at the same time. "You can't keep getting yourself into trouble." She hugged me tightly and I giggled. Then she looked at Kai. "Thank you for saving her." He nodded.

"Of course, I love her." He intertwined our fingers and I smiled softly.

"Hey and I don't get any credit! I helped save her too you know, I even had to make out with that slutty doppelgänger." Damon complained. Elena turned to him and laughed.
