Eternity of Solitude

POV: Sienna

   I woke up in my bed. The sun was shining through my window so I assumed it must've been some time around 9:30 am. "Bonnie?" I called out for my sister. Why didn't she wake me up for school? I wondered as I sat up and yawned; stretching my arms out over my head. I slowly dragged myself out of bed and wandered out into the living room to find no one was there.

They must still be asleep. I thought to myself as I quickly walked to bonnie and Enzo's room to wake them up and go get breakfast. "Good morning guys, I'm starv-" I stopped abruptly once I noticed the bed was neatly made and neither bonnie nor Enzo were in it. Confused I walked outside to see a car parked in the driveway. However, it wasn't the 2018 Jeep wrangler Enzo owned. It was an old car, seemed like it came straight out of the '80s...maybe 90's.

    I walked back to my room to get dressed and go to the grill. "They must've left without me. Bastards." I said to myself as I rummaged through my drawers looking for something to wear. I decided to wear my plain white T-shirt with a pair of blue jeans and white converse. After, I quickly brushed my teeth and did my hair I walked out into the hallway.

As I was walking  I couldn't help but peek into the third door right before the end of the hallway; my kidnapped brothers' old room...

-flashback-

Grams and my dad just finished tucking me into bed. As I'm cuddling up close to Larry the lion, my favourite stuffed animal, I hear glass break in the living room. I sit up quickly still holding Larry the lion close to me. I jump out of bed quietly and reach up towards the doorknob to check what happened outside. As I'm peaking out of my room I see a big tall man walk into Gabriel, my little brother, room.

I keep watching through the little opening in the doorway to see the tall man walk out with Bryan in his arms. Quickly I put the lion down against my bed "ssshhh stay here and make sure I'm safe." I hugged my lion tightly to give me an extra bit of bravery and walked out into the hallway. "Give me back my bwother!" I yelled at the giant. He quickly turned around and stared at me with his cold blue eyes. A devilish smile appeared on his face and I heard him whisper some weird words before being consumed by darkness.

*present day*
The sound of the front door opening pulled me out of my disturbing daydream. I closed the door and started walking towards the living room. "Finally! You two really jus-" I looked up and was greeted by two blue eyes that looked strangely familiar. After realizing it wasn't my sister or her boyfriend and that I was staring I blushed. "Um, sorry I thought you were my sister. Who are you?"

"No...way..." The blue-eyed man said to himself with a smile slowly growing on his lips. I looked at him confused and asked him again "what's your name?" He stared at me for another minute making me feel pretty uncomfortable so I cleared my throat to break the silence. Hoping this would get him to talk.

   "Sorry, manners, I'm Kai." He said walking towards the kitchen. I followed him confused as to where he came from and why he was so casually walking through my house as if he owned the place. "So what'd you do to get yourself stuck in here?"

"Stuck in where?.." I asked confused as he went through the fridge.

"You know, here. Our own personal hell." After hearing the word hell the memories came rushing back. Caroline's boyfriend, Klaus Mikaelson, ripped my heart out yesterday. Which would mean I must be...dead.

   "Wait, I'm dead?"

Kai laughed as if what I said was the funniest thing he had ever heard and responded.
"wow you really don't know." I stared at him as if he was insane.

"Care to explain what the hell you're talking about?" I said clearly starting to get irritated.

   "You're stuck here. You're in a prison world that was made for yours truly." he bowed down smiling.

"So there's no one else here?" I now started to feel a pit in my stomach.

"Nope! Welcome to an eternity of solitude in 1994." He smiled at me amused and I felt the pit in my stomach deepen.
