(Chloe's POV)
"Chloe I'm coming to get you right now" Braden says.
I was on the phone with Braden. Misty and my dad decided to go on a trip to take Sadie to Disneyland in California and leave me home alone for a week when the police decided to call me......
"Hello?" I said into the phone.
"Hi, this is the Reno Police Department. We were calling to let you know that Angela Mason-Groves is dead. We suspect alcohol poisoning."
I froze with the phone still in hand. I wanted to call Braden but I didn't want to worry him.
I sat there for a few hours crying and crying.
I finally decided to call him. I was tired of dealing with this alone. It had been 12 hours straight of tears and vomiting and it was only 7am.
Hello?" Braden answers on the second ring.
"Braden?" I say.
"Hey baby! What's wrong? Are you crying?" He asks.
"I'm fine.........it's just........ my mom killed herself 2days ago from alcohol poisoning and I've been up all night crying and I've made myself sick."
"Oh my god. Chloe I'm so sorry!" He says.
"I wish you could come get me-e" she says. "I don't want to be here and especially go through this alone!"
"Chloe I'm coming to get you." He says and hangs up.
